They were all staring at me,after that meeting we got taken back to the house that straykids lived in,the car ride was silent,when we walked in we sat down it was awkward and silent,I did not know what to say.
"So how are you guys?"I asked to stop the awkward silence.(that was intentional)
The boys looked awkwardly at me before Chan said that they were fine,Chan got up to make dinner for everyone,while he was gone the boys started interrogating me.
"Where are you from."
"How old are you."
"Do you have siblings."
"What are your positions."
"I'm from Busan,I'm 19 years old,I have 2 siblings and I'm main vocalist,maknae,main dancer,sub rapper." I said.
"Does that mean your gonna join the maknae unit?"Lee know asked.
"I don't know."I said.
"How have we not seen you before as a trainee?"hyunjin asked.
"Well I was an SM trainee but I moved to jyp last week,he thought I was amazing so he put me in this group."I said.
"Why did he not make you a soloist."Han asked.
"I don't know."I said.
"Dinners ready."Chan shouted.
We all walked to the kitchen and sat down,Chan had made us ramen.
"Thank you."we all said as we sat down.
We started eating and it got awkward again,no one said anything.
"So did you get to know yeong-su?" Chan asked.
"Yeah we did."said seungmin.
"He is 19,he has 2 siblings,he is main vocalist sub rapper main dancer and maknae,he used to be a SM trainee but moved here a week ago."said Felix.
"That's nice."said Chan.
"How many languages can you speak?" Asked Felix.
"English,Korean,Japanese,i was born in Korea then moved in Australia for 4 years,I then moved to Japan for 2 years then we moved back to korea."I said.
"Wow another Aussie."said minho.
"Changbin sorry but we are changing the roomates,you will be with jeongin and jisung and yeong-su will be with me and Felix as they're is less space in that room and we should let yeong-su have some space."said Chan.
(The room distribution in 2020 was hyunjin minho and seungmin,Felix Chan and changbin,jisung and jeongin)
"Ok I'm fine with that."said changbin.
"Im gonna go to my room."said hyunjin.
"Ima go chill with hyunjin."said jeongin.
"Same."said changbin.
"Well yeong-su,let's take you to our room."said Felix.
Felix took me to the room I would be staying in,it was quite big.
"Ima go to the bathroom."I said.
"Want me to take you."said Felix.
"No it's ok I'll find it."I said.
I walked around the dorm to try to find the bathroom,I heard some laughing,then I wondered in that direction as I had searched everywhere else for the bathroom but I heard something.
"Yeah like why did he even join our group,we don't even know him."said hyunjin.
"He's litterely taken my room and now I have a cramped corner with you."said changbin.
"Shut up."said jeongin.
"No but seriously,are we even gonna get along with him,what if he is wierd."said minho.
"This is so awkward,it feels like we can't even talk around him."said seungmin.
I felt upset,I had reached my dream of debut and the members didn't like me,I walked off and found the bathroom,I went in and started to cry,I started crying for a while.
"Hey you ok."Felix asked after he knocked on the door.
"Yeah I'm fine."I said,I quickly got up and left the bathroom and walked back to my room.
I saw all the boys in the room.
"Hey you ok,you look like you've been crying."said Chan.
"No,I'm fine."I said.
"Hey,we just wanted to say we were sorry."said changbin.
"For what?"I asked.
"For talking bad about you behind your back."said seungmin.
"Huh."I said.
"I saw you standing outside of the room listening to the horrible things they were saying about you,I went and told Chan and we confronted the members,they are saying sorry for being rude."said Han.
"Oh no it's fine,I know it's wierd to have a new member all of a sudden."I said.
"If you want changbin I can sleep in that room,I really don't mind."I said.
"Really."said changbin.
Chan nudged him.
"I mean it's fine you can stay in this room."said changbin.
We started chatting and they got to know each other about more,turns out they really liked me.
"YOUR 6'1."they all shouted when I told them.
Changbin looked annoyed.
"tell me your secrets."said changbin.
"My family has tall genes."I said.
"Lucky."said changbin.
