She is normally seen to be nonchalant and playful towards her friends. Especially Sasuke and Naruto . But she is unsympathetic and cruel towards the council and Danzo. But she is nice to the hokage. She is extremely confident in her abilities and reputation as a powerful ninja, believing herself to be invincible. Her opinion of others often only go as far as her judgement of their strength, and she is quite apathetic towards anyone she deems weak. Additionally, greatly influenced by her own desire for power, she is very arrogant. She is convinced that she is the strongest in the world.
During intense battles, she is seen to occasionally fall into a frenzied fighting state, urged by her determination for victory and undeniable proof that she alone is the strongest. Her combative style is characterized by her aggressive and domineering attacks, while flaunting her mastered techniques to her opponents. Furthermore, in a crisis, she is capable of being cold-blooded. She will prioritize her enemies' destruction over saving innocent people when she believes that the sacrifice is unavoidable. However, this only extends to the people killed by her opponent; she will not do any lasting harm to or kill anyone innocent to gain the upper hand.
