Florida vs. Sievers (2021)

State of Florida SC20-225. Sievers was convicted of the first-degree murder of his wife, Teresa Sievers, who was beaten to death with a hammer in 2015 by two men hired by sievers. The jury voted unanimously to recommend a death sentence for the murder, and the trial court sentenced Sievers to death.
