Summer Camp

Chapter 1

Paisley's POV:
Today was my last day of being a junior at high school. I was filled with excitement once the bell rang and I ran to my locker and bus with my best friend Brittney. The bus ride went by so fast and we were home. She went to the left and I went to the right to walk home. My parent were talking softly at the table when I came in and my mom looked up and asked "How was you last day as a junior?" "It was amazing mama!" I replied back.

My dad couldn't keep secrets well so after I replied to my mom my dad said "We're sending you to summer camp!" The he let out a puff of air them walked away. My mom looked down and I dropped my bag. "Why?" I asked my mother. "Your dad and I are going on a mission trip for about the whole summer. We are going to Africa and we don't want you to be home alone. If this helps, Brittney will be there too." She replied with a soft tone in her voice. Ugh!! I grabbed my bag and marched up to my room. I sat in my desk chair and laid my head down on top of my desk for 10 seconds then Britt texted me.
B: My parents are sending me to this summer camp!😭
P: MINE TOO! Ew!!
B: My parents said they are going to Africa for a mission trip and didn't want me to be home alone.
P: My parents seriously said the same exact thing like o wonder if they sat this up together😠
B: Yeah I have to go pack my bags though. So ttyl😒
P: Me too bye😒

I can't believe I am going to be at a nasty camp with a ton of kids I don't even want to meet.

It was going to be hot so I tried to find my thin and loose clothes. I paired my outfits and packed all of my necessities for the camp. I finished them took a shower. I got out and it was 9:00. So I put on a sports bra and some running shorts from when I did track for school. I wrapped my hair in my towel and laid on my bed with my phone. I scrolled through Twitter and Instagram then Vine. I had at least 10 notifications on each social media. I grabbed my charger and plugged it into my phone and an outlet behind my cream colored night stand. With that I took my hair out of my towel, brushed it then went to my bed and fell asleep quickly.

--Next Day--
It was Saturday aka the day I leave for camp. I wanted to stay home but no! I dressed in a t-shirt and jean shorts. I grabbed my phone, charger, headphones, and my suitcase then headed downstairs to put my things in our car. Britt was riding with us to the camp and our moms were taking us.

The drive was pretty boring until Hoodie Allen followed me and faved 5 of my tweets about him. The weird thing is that I was listening to No Interruption while this happened. My phone dropped and my hands covered my mouth. I cried a little and Brittney asked if I was okay. I looked down at my phone and she looked at it. She jumped and her eyes widened! Her mom looked at us like we were freaks. I thought I was dreaming. My heart was racing and I was shaking. Then about 10 minutes later my follower count went from 769 to 1,023. Today feels like a great day.

Britney's POV:
Paisley was just followed by our favorite singer and we were so happy. We arrived at the camp and got settled in our cabin. Then we were called out to the main area for rules and crap like that. My eyes skimmed across the pretty big crown then my eyes stopped on this very gorgeous boy. His lip ring and his hair made me just feel like putty. Then paisley caught me starring and then looked in that area to see this cutie. His dark hair and his shape was flawless. I didn't hear a word the camp instructor said.

We ran into the two cuties we went heart eye emoji for and they asked for our names. I sort of blushed and said "I'm Brittney but most people just call me Britt." I said to the blonde one. "I'm Paisley. Nice to meet you." Paisley said looking into the dark haired one. "I'm Calum and this is Luke." Calum said back to us. I had a feeling summer camp might not be that bad.
