A figure with a muscular build and somewhat taller/shorter than me leans closer to you.
The figure is faceless and has a familiar red volleyball uniform… Where have I seen it before? “I can't remember who you are…” He leaned in for a kiss, I hesitated for a moment but kissed back. The figure wrapped their arms around me lovingly. To be honest I love the attention the stranger was giving me. After the long passionate kiss, he cups my cheek hesitating to speak as I look into his blank face. As I ponder what he is about to say he picks me up and spins around with me in his arms dancing happily as he starts to speak. "Please help me find-BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP”
You jump up at the sound of your blaring alarm clock.
'Fuuuccckkk I don't wanna get up-' you thought while getting out of your warm bed sheets and starting getting dressed for the first day of your second year at karasuno.
You were the second manager of the volleyball team, the first being Kyoko, one of your best friends. though you didn't like waking up and going to school, you knew that her suga, Noya, and Tanaka always make things more fun and relaxing to be in.
“(NAME) HURRY UP WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!” Shoyo yelled from downstairs, waking up that gremlin of a little sister you have. “SHOYO SHUT UP!” “both of you stop shouting! It’s six in the morning! And no we aren't gonna be late sho,” you reassured your brother and ate some breakfast before grabbing your bag for school and putting some shoes on.
“Come on sho! We’re leaving!” you shout as you walk out the door and get on your bike. He rushed out the door and got his bike stumbling a bit as he got on to it.
“Race ya!” you start speeding down the hill leaving shoyo as he tries to catch up. Once you got to the school you wanted for shoyo at the gate, once he arrived you dragged him in, changed your shoes, and gave him the tour of the school before class, and showed him to the classroom. “Bye sho! Have a good day!” you whisper happily and walk to your own class, seeing Nishinoya and Tanaka.
“Hey guys!” you smile at them and they look at you excitedly ”(NAME) YOU DIDN'T LEAVE?” Tanaka exclaimed happily as Nishinoya tackled you “I decided to stay with mom and sho hehe-” you chuckled nervously as you pushed Nishinoya off “so how was your break? I hope you two had fun” “we did! I cant play volleyball for a bit though-” Nishinoya replied cheekily. You stare at him in shock, “why?you love playing!” you look at tank seeing him just as confused and back o nishinoya, “i may or may not have gotten suspended from club activities…? Hehe-” ‘oh my god what did this dumbass do?’ you look at him and hold in a laugh as you enter the classroom seeing Daichi talk to Mr.Takeda.
“Morning Mr.Takeda! Morning Daichi!” They wave, say hi back and continue to talk to each other.daichi finishes talking to takeda and walks over to you with a stack of papers “hey (name), hope you had a good break. You and kyoko have to see if anyone wants to join volleyball this year.so uh-”he speaks quietly ‘he's being quiet…which is honestly weird for him since he's the most outgoing and still sane person on the team, not to mention he's the captain’ you nodded nd reply gently “actually my little brother plans to join this year so we already have one hehe-”you chuckle and he looks at you happily, “that's great (name), can't wait to meet him. Uh- any news from asahi?” “no, sorry. I hope he comes back to the team. Hes our ace for fucks sake!”you reply somewhat angrily but that anger soon turned to hope and joy once you saw asahi talking to Mr.takeda. “Asahi! Why are you skipping practice? We've been so worried!”you walk over to him with daichi following.
He looks at you in shock and blushes a bit before rushing out saying his goodbyes to Mr.takeda. “What the fuck was that about!?” you say a little too loudly as the vice principal walks in. ‘shit.’
Looking at the angery vice principal you back out of the room with Nishinoya behind you.“Why are you running!?”you say while panting as he decides to pick you up and go out the front doors “looks like we’re skipping!”noya says back running to a bakery placing you down on a chair.
“We are sooo in trouble with dachi.. And the vice principal bitch. Why did you take us here yuu?”you question him until you she tanaka walking in cackling at the scene you and nishinoya caused.
“because we’re skipping with tanaka AND we want ice cream! I got some beach magazines!” you quickly take a magazine from nishinoya and flip through it, you and tanaka simping over the hot and beautiful woman and awwing adorable cats and birds.
“I just talked to the owner before coming to school. We can and eat and do whatever we want!” Tanaka yells excitedly as an old man with messy hair walks in asking the cashier for a cheesecake. He immediately catches your attention as you stare at him in curiosity. You notice he’s wearing a jumpsuit with a nekoma logo lodged on the back.
”Guys, look. It's a bitch from nekoma.” you whisper loving to start drama. They look to see the male and chuckle. “It may have been a while since our schools played together but we’d still beat their asses. We got the best ace in the game!”Tanaka says loudly, making sure that the guy heard them.
The man turns around and walks over to me, “hows the old coach ukai kiddos?” you look at him and sigh “he had a heart attack recently and is in the hospital. He might retire. The other coach hasn't told us yet.” you look him in the eyes waiting for a response.
He sighs and shakes his head, “that old man really doesn't know when to retire does he?” you look at him confused and respond to him ”aren't you an old man who needs to retire?”
He looks at you angrily and walks away as your two friends burst out laughing.you chuckle and go to the cashier asking him to get strawberry shortcake and some donuts. You make conversation with the cashier happily becoming friends with her.
“Wait What's your name again? Sorry I forgot!”
"its Oikawa miko! Yours?" she looks at you cheerfully as you reply "hinata (name) its lovely- wait are you- youre oikawa tooru's sister!?" you look at her in shock as she nods and chuckles “yup! Are you a fan or something? I can hook you two up~” she grins evilly with sparks in her eyes. “No! I mean- no i'm not i was just wondering why audb joshai’s best setter’s sister is in this area. Aoba Johsai High is like an hour away!” you look at her excited to meet someone related to THE Oikawa Tooru meaning she probably knows his best friend Hajime Iwaizumi. ‘Maybe i could meet him through her…’ “though i would love to meet the best highschool setter hehe-”
She looks at you excitedly and quickly gives you some food for you and the two boys. “Yay! Ill call him after school to come here! Ill see if he can bring iwa too!”you look at her in shock when tanaka interrupted the two “they will not be meeting those two stuck up little shits! Not on my watch! Our precious (name) deserves the best!” there he goes. Someone walks in and you realize ants sugawara. “Suga hey! Ind helping us?”
He sighs and gets tanaka off of you and miko. He chuckles and says “why is tanaka so riled up? And practice is gonna start soon so hurry up you three” you look at him and explain why tanaka went crazy on miko and you. He sighs and drags Tanaka and Nishinoya away shouting from outside that you don't need to come today. You say okay and stay with miko as she calls her younger brother to come to the bakery.
“My brother is coming and hes bringing the whole team!”
