Chapter 4

"Can I please keep it y/n?" Karl asked, holding a beautiful black cat.

"Fine. As long as you buy the stuff for her." I said.

"Yay! Thank you, y/n!" Karl exclaimed, then smiled. I smiled and shook my head.

"Well, let's go do it now. Get loaded up in the car." I said.

Alex and I made quick eye contact, making me slightly blush. Karl said he'd be moving in with us, so I guess it'll be hard not to catch feelings. Unless I have already.... no-no! I can't. I already dated one of Karl's friends before, and that didn't work out. Besides- I doubt he likes me.

I sat in the driver's seat, Alex in passenger, and Karl in the backseat with the cat.

"So, have you named her?" Alex asked Karl.

"Yep! I'm naming her Kali Noir!" Karl said. 

"That's a cute name!" Alex and I said at the same time, bursting out laughing afterward. Karl smiled at us, getting along.

(time skip after they shopped for pet things and got home)

I plopped onto the couch in between Karl and Alex. "So what are we gonna watch?" I asked.

"You can pick Y/N," Karl said.

"Yes! Alright, we're watching Warm Bodies." I say, putting it on.

(another time skip because yeah)

"I'm  gonna head to bed guys, don't do anything stupid." Karl said, picking up Kali making a stop in the kitchen to grab a monster, then proceeded to walk to his room.
