Well, doesn't matter, least I took down one of those Hitokon living around here and Woah there-" As Moroha jumped out of the way of a huge boomerang flying towards her, along with the shout of "Hiraikotsu!" "Hey! Watch where you're throwing that!" "Well, if it isn't Moroha the Demon Killer." said Kohaku, walking upfront, "Are you the demon who's been wrecking havoc upon the village?" "Nope! I'm just here to destroy that demon, take its head and be on my way." "We've also been called upon to deal with this situation as well, maybe we could deal with it togeth-" As Kohaku was cut short by the shaking ground and a centipede like demon bursting through the ground.
"So there you are demon!" Moroha said, "Well then get ready to die!" As she was talking, she took an arrow and nocked it into her bow. "Hey Demon Slayers, move away, unless you wanna get caught in the crossfire, Heavenly Arrow Barrage!" As the arrow seemingly missed, sacred arrows launched through the air and struck the demon, seemingly taking it down. As Moroha was celebrating her victory, the demon suddenly lashed out! She jumped into the air in surprise, "Oh so you're not dead yet are you, then here I go, prepare to die!" Moroha reached into her robe and drew her Rouge. "With this Rouge-" she was saying, preparing to unleash her power as a demon, when the demon suddenly came down and took her Rainbow Pearl. "Hey! Give that back!" Moroha shouted. "Not by a long shot," as said demon absorbed the pearl, "I, Mistress Three Eyes, shall destroy you bunch of puny humans, starting with you, Quarter-Demon!" "Hisui, get Moroha out of there!" Kohaku said, with the young nephew racing down on Kirara and took Moroha out of the fray. "Get to Lady Kaede." Kohaku shouted, as Hisui nodded and raced toward the direction of the village.
"Hisui, let me land on the ground" "Are you sure, but it's you she's after" "Don't worry, it's not as if anything's gonna happen." Hisui nodded and landed next to the Tree of Ages, where Moroha jumped off and rushed toward Mistress Three Eyes and struck with her Kurikaramaru, where she realized that her skin was as tough as steel, nothing could get through it. As the demon closed in for the kill, a low voice shouted, "I sense the rainbow pearls for the first time in 10 years, by the power of the Tree of Ages, I now return to this world!" "What is happening?!" Moroha shouted, as she was sucked into the portal along with the demon.
Back in the Reiwa Era...
Towa and Setsuna, with the younger taking the lead, were finally home, and had jumped onto the roof of the apartment where they live. They started training with their weapons, Towa having a Kikujūmonji, and Setsuna with her Naginata: Kanemitsu no Tomoe, and having a lightly chat when they smelled Mei crying. They rushed over to the Higurashi Shrine where they found their Grandmother, Great-Grandfather, and Mei tied hostage to a tree. As the two pointed their weapons at the bullies who were threatening Mei of death, the twins couldn't do anything! Or else their grandparents and little sister would be killed! However, they knew that they had no choice, otherwise they would just be hostages, just like the others. With a nod, the two had no choice but to break their promise to Souta and took down the two who were guarding their grandparents as well as Mei. Afterwards, while Mei was crying and telling Towa and Setsuna not to fight, police sounds came from the road next to the shrine, so the bullies decided to make a run for it.
After comforting Mei and promising that they would try not to fight again, they sensed something coming from the Tree of Ages! The twins stood in front, ready for whatever would be coming out, when suddenly, the rainbow portal opened and out flew Moroha, tied up by Mistress Three Eyes, crashing right into Setsuna and Moroha tumbled to the ground and moved weakly, while Setsuna got back up and headed to Towa's side, where they faced off against Mistress Three Eyes, ready to defeat this monstrosity that had came to their world!
