"Students, I have received news from the headmaster to not continue today's lesson normally" Priya Madam explained to her class, Arjun frowned in confusion wondering why they weren't going to have a normal lesson.
"Enna machan, ipdi solraanga Madam" Arjun whispers to Rakshan who was seated next to him in the class.
(What is she talking about?)
"Theriyala da" Rakshan shrugs back at Arjun as he was already wondering why their class was getting cut today.
(Don't know)
"Today we will be spending the rest of the day outside and taking in the nature around us, since you all have an upcoming project in arts you will need inspirations as well, so this would beneficial for you all" The professor informs.
"Ithu enna puthusa irruku" Arjun thought to himself, from the influence of Shreya he was doing her signature pose while thinking.
(This seems very new)
"Jolly ah irukum nu ninaikuren" Rakshan says, making Arjun nod his head.
(I think this may as well be fun)
"Vaa ellarum poraanga, nammalum povom" Arjun ushers to Rakshan and they get up from their seats and move towards the door.
(Let's go, everyone is leaving and we should as well)
Everyone in Arjun and Rakshan's class move out of the lecture room and walk outside that's when the Professor informs them that another class will be joining as well. Both Arjun and Rakshan wonder who's class would be joining them.
Once they reached the grounds, both were surprised to see Shreya's class waiting outside as well. Arjun threw a grin in Shreya's direction when she waved at him while Rakshan just shook his head at them.
"We'll leave you to roam around the college grounds and supervise you all from a distance, remember doing anything against the college rules will bring you severe punishments, so I hope you all remember" Shreya's professor says and the other one agrees with him.
"Love-birds start pantaanga" a students murmurs receiving giggles from the rest, both the professors didn't hear.
(The love-birds have started)
"Yen elaarum veti katha pesitu irukeenga, ponga!" Arjun's professor ushers and the students leave in friend groups and start roaming around the college.
(Why are you all still here talking about nothing useful, go roam now!)
Shreya decided to join the girls group from her class and was talking with them while walking and Arjun's group were walking behind their group. Everyone one were talking about various topics, but since Shreya was talking loudly and animatedly it brought some of the guys from Arjun's group's attention towards her.
"Semma cute ah iruka la" Vikram says sighting Shreya.
(Isn't she so cute?)
Arjun was walking a little distance behind Vikram and his friends, and when he heard this he brushed it off thinking he meant it in a friendly way.
"Aama da, unnaku set aava" Vikram's friend comments nudging Vikram.
(Yeah! She suites you)
"Semma figure vera, and personality oru plus point" Vikram states.
(Great figure as well, and her personality is a plus point)
Arjun's eyes grow dark from the comment.
Shreya passed by a flower bush, getting excited she bent down and smelled the flower and started gushing to Pavithra about how pretty the flower was.
"Appdiye ava kannatha killanum pola irruku" Vikram says irking Arjun further.
(I feel as though I want to pinch her cheeks)
"And ava voice keturikiya? Vaazhka full ah kekalam pola irruku, just imagine, avala kalyanam pannikita life evlo jolly-ah santhosham ah irukum nu" Vikram sighs dreamily clutching his heart.
(Have you heard her voice? I could just listen to it for my life time, imagine if I married her, my life would be so fun and happy)
Arjun grits his teeth together and clenches his fist tight, he didn't know why but every word from Vikram about his Shreya irked him. Anger bubbled up inside him as he threw daggers through his glare at Vikram who was busy sighting Shreya.
"Dei ivlo feelings ah vechukitu yenda innum propose pannala, atha motha seekrama pannu da!" a friend of Vikram urges.
(Why haven't you proposed yet with all these feeling within you?)
Vikram thinks before replying, "Aama da, seekramave solren"
(I will confess soon)
Arjun's heart thumps against his chest hard, a sudden fear took over him, what if after Vikram proposes, Shreya accepts. He didn't know why but that though made his mind hazy and anger took over him once more, no matter what happens he shouldn't let Shreya near Vikram.
He was about about to move towards Vikram to give him an earful lecture when Shreya came running up to him with a smile blooming on her face and a rose in hand. Automatically his jaw and fist unclenched as he took in her sight.
His lips curved deeply as his worries and anger flew away. In that moment when she came running up to him, all he could think about was her and only her. His eyes softened hearing her speak over joyed, together they spoke in hushed tones.
"Vaa Arjuneyy, namma poi group ah join panlaam! Avanga further ah poitaanga" Shreya exclaims a smile adorning her lips as she pulls on his hands.
(Let's go Arjuneyy! Everyone has left already, we have to join them)
"Varen!" saying that Arjun follows Shreya after making a note in his mind to put the rose Shreya just gave to him in a vase at home after college ends.
(Coming!)
Together they join the group and chat amongst themselves for the rest of the day. While on the other hand a certain someone hopes of proposing to the girl he has feelings for as he watches the two enjoy themselves comfortably with each other.
Slowly revelations are starting to unfold, what will happen in the next few days?
