I finally found you (itto x Sara)

lost and found

hey guys sorry for not updating in a while I had two rescheduled exams and they're giving us much more since we're getting a vacation soon so I might just make a chapter or two more in the next two weeks.

anyway enjoy this chapter

Itto and diablo have been walking endlessly in the fog while only following their instincts, it's been a few days since they've had a good rest, but Itto had his mind set on finding Sara and he would stop at nothing to complete his goal.

it's weird how all of this started because of him wanting to challenge Tengu to a rematch, but deep down he felt something other than his urge to fight, he felt something missing in him when he heard that she moved to Tsurumi Island.

Suddenly his thoughts where cut off by Diablo's growling.

"what is it? what's wrong?" Itto looked in the direction of where the wolf was weary of, after adjusting his eyes to the fog in front of him and attempting to clear it out by flapping his hand in front of him like a moron. when his eyes adjusted he saw a group of 5 abyss mages with a hydro and a pyro abyss herald, they seemed busy summoning something, Itto tried to back off slowly trying his best not to be heard by the mages, he was conscious that he can't take them all by himself and he wanted to prevent Diablo from getting hurt, but his efforts where cut short when an abyss mage faced in Itto's direction, there was a moment of silence and the two of them where staring plainly at each other, then again the moment was cut off by another mage noticing Itto. 

it made the first move and attacked him but he wasn't an easy target and easily blocked the attack off him and sent it back, while killing the mage,(you have to picture it in a cool way because I'm very bad at describing cool scenarios sorry)

the oni found himself against now four mages and two heralds with another objective to defend Diablo. although the wolf was strong enough to defend himself this kind of battle might be to hard for him.

Itto spent hours defending both himself and Diablo while doing him best to kill the demons, now it was him, Diablo, two abyss mages and one abyss herald, but the odds where slowly turning against the boy, he can't fight much longer his stamina was depleting and some wounds where very deep, his blood was pouring out a lot and it's a miracle he's still able to breath with a huge scar on his chest.

diablo wasn't in a good shape either, slowly Itto's vision was getting cloudy and it wasn't because of the fog, he started to loose his consciousness, suddenly he heard thunder strike the ground but it didn't sound like normal thunder, he saw a purple electric flash in the distance, as that flash started moving closer at high speed he soon realized that was a charged arrow, it pierced through one of the mages' head and he slowly withered away as his companions turned their attention to the location of where the shot was fired.

as they turned their attention to the shooter the other mage was greeted with a shoe in his face, he was knocked out for a slight moment but he regained his consciousness almost instantly.

the shooter was none other than the one and only Kujou Sara, Itto's eyes widened at the sight of the dark purple haired woman.

"TENGU! I'M SO GLAD TO SEE YOU!"

"I have A LOT of questions for you asshole, and you'd better give me damn good excuses or else I might kill you, now get your ass up we need to finish those two off." with another look at him she said "you stall the abyss mage just enough time for me to take care of the herald"

"you should know by now that I don't have the patience to stall, so might as well kill him before you finish off yours" he said in his usual arrogant and prideful tone.

"I'm implying that you shouldn't bust your ass just to prove you're strong, because I of all people know how powerful you are, it's a miracle you're still standing and breathing, so for the love of the archons I ask you not to show off and bust your ass to prove something that doesn't need to be proven, or just do this one request for me" she said sounding mad but caring at the same time as she looked away like she was hiding her face expression from him.

Itto looked at her thinking about what she said while smiling " okay I'll do it just once since you asked so nicely" 

after a few minutes

Sara took down the abyss herald and took out the mage that Itto was stalling for her.

"you look messed up I'm surprised you aren't dead" she said in an angry tone.

"and let you take all the glory killing the final two? pff- keep dreaming" he implied arrogantly

"we have to tend to your wounds come on the camp isn't far, if you could stand up and fight like that I'm pretty sure it's not gonna be a problem for you to walk for a few meters" she said while holding him up and putting one of his hands around her neck "I have a lot of questions for you and I think you can answer them while we're walking" (if you're wondering about Diablo he's following at their sides listening to their conversation) "what are you doing here in the first place ?"

"I heard that you moved to Tsurumi Island so I decided to follow you and... umm I'm not sure I have a reason other than that, I just wanted to know what the electro archon's most powerful and trusted general is doing on an Island where there isn't any war to fight."

" you say that like it's a normal thing to follow someone across the ocean just to personally ask them a few questions, besides who the hell said I'm moving here? the almighty shogun sent me here to check on the island's inhabitants and kill off a few major abyss generals and clear out the fog clouding the island, because based on the shogun it's not a natural phenomenon and we also needed to retrieve a gem if we could but we searched for weeks and still didn't find it, since we're running out of clothes and food enough for everyone we can't stay here much longer"

"wait you aren't moving here like forever?"

" No! of course not as a matter of fact we where about to leave tomorrow- wait how long have you been here anyway?"

" hmm I'm not sure the only thing I know is that I left the day I couldn't find you, I sailed for two days and from that point to now I was here, I couldn't could the days passing because of the fog- what's wrong?" 

Sara was looking at him in shock " THREE WEEKS? I'VE BEEN GONE FOR FOUR DAYS OVER THREE WEEKS WHICH MEANS YOU'VE BEEN ON THIS ISLAND FOR THREE WEEKS AND TWO DAYS"

"ohhhh.... well can't do anything about it now, oh look it's your camp" he stated innocently

"you're not bothered by the fact that you've wasted three weeks searching for me?"

"nope"

"*sigh* you waste a lot of time in your life, let me get you to the medic"

and with that we conclude the chapter, I might start writing the next chapter tomorrow or even publish it I'm not sure though I might come home tiered and I have to finish piano soooo the next chapter will come out based on my motivation but just in case my lazy ass doesn't do it you should base it on god's blessing on you. anyway have a good day or night and I'll se you later. hopefully.
