Chapter - 24

Manav was leaving from his office when he thought he should take something for unnsu as she was sad when he was going. He divided to get flowers for her as he knows she doesn't like getting expensive gifts. And he loves how down to earth she is with her closed ones  and how rude and arrogant can she be at office. After buying the flowers he went home.

As he entered one of the servants told him that no body's home except unnati as his parents have gone for a business deal which will easily take a week. He just went to hai room where he saw the door half closed and unnati screaming at someone on the phone

Unns : what the fuck do you mean by you can't complete the presentation like I can't even take 5 days off work I swear I want that done in 2 hours.
Unns : are you deaf yes I said 2 hours or else you might loose your job.

Then she called someone else and manav was still standing at the door listening and seeing everything.

Unns : what is this mehak (unns's pa/manager) like why can't I take 5 days off. It was my marriage damn it and today is the first day of my marriage and I have to work. Mehak I want the presentation done. If we loose this client I swear I will see everyone and their jobs will be at risk. This task was supposed to be done 4 days back I didn't look after it as I thought you will handle it but nothing is done. I want it done is 2 hours and it should be perfect. It's your responsibility.

After cutting the call she was talking to herself

Unns : where is manav (with teary eyes) all I need right now is my mnv. I just want to hide myself in his arms. Manav !!! ( she shouted while crying)

Just then manav entered and ran to her, hugged her tight and said.

Manav : I am always here for you bacha and why are you crying it's just a presentation.
Unns : manav it's not just a presentation it's just that why can't I take 5 days off work. It's only been 5 days and they can't even do one thing right.
Manav : you know what tell me what to do and we both together will do this presentation what say.
Unns : no manav you're not going to do my work. Pls let's just rest and if it's not done in 2 hours then I will do it but you will not.
Manav : Arre but kya dikkat hai main kar deta hu na bacha
Unns : Unnati Malharkar does not repeat her words. Now let me rest in your arms.
Manav : ok

Then manav laid down on the bad with Unnati's head on his chest and half of her body on his.

After 2 hours they woke up because Unnati's phone rang she answered it and said

Unns : good, I will check it.
Manav : ho gayi presentation
Unns : ha, ho gayi but I have to check it can you give me your laptop mera mere ghar pe hai.
Manav : ha ek second

He goes to his desk that he has in his room and got the laptop that was kept on it.

Manav : here

With that unns logged into her mail and started checking the presentation it was perfect and she was very impressed with that she sent it to the client. And then called mehak and the employee that was working on the presentation in a conference call and said

Unns : good job guys I am really impressed. I will definitely look through your appraisals.

After declining the call she looked at her side where manav was sitting she didn't find him nor she found him around the room she ran downstairs and asked everyone but nobody knew where he was. She started to get tensed and started calling him but he didn't answer. Then suddenly......
