Felix pov:
As I stepped outside I couldn't help but feel afraid, I mean for goodness sake a murder just happened right beside where I live!
"I shouldn't let it get to me" I say in a low mumble.
At this point I'm already halfway down the dimly lit street, the fog lingers amidst the street lamps.
The atmosphere makes me feel very uncomfortable, so I decide to pick up the pace and walk a tad bit faster.
That is until I hear footsteps approaching quietly behind me
I immediately stop in my tracks.
I felt as if I'd had been paralyzed from the waist down.
My mind kept telling me to run away as fast as possible. But my body wouldn't comprehend.
"Thump". "Thump".
I could hear my heartbeat through my ears.
A cold sweat began to form on the back of my neck.
After what felt like a million years, I finally found the courage to turn around.
My eyes grew wide as I stared at the tall black figure in front of me.
the lights around the area started to flicker.
I could barely speak, although I was able to let one word fall out of my mouth. "Who?-"
That's all I could say.
Just then I felt a sharp pain on the right side of my temple, my knees began to grow weak. I was surely going to lose my balance sooner or later.
And just as I had predicted I began to fall.
Just as I was about to hit the cold cobble street, I was suddenly met with a soft hand, ultimately breaking my fall.
I wanted to look at who or what had caught me, but as soon as I turned my head my vision went black.
"Don't worry darling, it will all be alright soon." A seductive voice spoke in a low tone.

Who does this seductive voice belong to?
Again I'm sorry that this is a super short chapter but I wanted to leave you guys on edge😻 does this voice belong to the infamous Jack the Ripper? Or perhaps someone else.
Anyways I'll prob update in an hour or 2 with the next chap💪💪
