Just One Simple Hello

Later that night I decided to sneak over to Annas house. I'm no very fond of the dark, so I was pretty scared...yet I still managed to make it over there. When I got to the small brick house, I tried to find a way in. Eventually i.found a window with a bunch of My chemical romance posters all over it. Quietly I looked in the window and saw something I know I'll never forget.

I saw Anna's father take his fist to her face. I just stood there in horror as I watched him repeatedly beat her until I couldn't take it anymore. I ran home and woke up my father.

"Father! Father! Wake up!!!" I said

Slowly he woke up.

"What do you need!? Why are you up this late anyways!?" He yelled

I explained what I saw and he seemed upset until I got to the part with Anna's father beating her.

By the end of my explanation, I was in tears. I didn't know what to do. I was just so shaken up and afraid of what would happen next.

My father just told me to go to my room. But I just sat on the stairs listening to him call the child services. I was afraid I might get into trouble for leaving the house. But at the same time I was happy I did something about it.

When I woke up the next morning....The police were just leaving mine and Annas house...and that's all I saw before father told me to head back to bed....
