Long ago a boys parents saw to punish their son by having him tied up and tickled for hours on end and the parents got drunk on the feeling that ticking their son gave and decided to have him chained in their basement topless for them to tickle when and for how long they see fit.
The boy went through it all from tickling on the armpits to his belly to his feet. But in that he learned how to strike on peoples most ticklish spots and is able to learn quickly new victims worst spots.
He was eventually found and was taken out of his parents care and put in a foster home but that didn't go too well as he was caught on numerous occasions tickling his foster siblings. So he was thrown out and went on to live on the streets till one day a man in a suit approached him and offered to feed his new hunger to tickle people by becoming their chief tickler and he accepted and is still at tickling to this day.
