I was walking home on a breezy day with my best friends Will Jones and Olivia Peters."Hey Nessa are you going the dance tonight?"Olivia asks as we walk up Will's driveway,"I don't know what's the point Caspar is at his soccer championship so he won't be going" I say opening the door to Will's house "and" I say "I'd rather watch Netflix" "ha ha very funny " Olivia says very sarcastically. "Hey Julie how are you today?" "She's fine" will says and nudges us down to the rec room "Will be nice to your mother" I jokingly say."So what should we watch on Netflix"? I ask grabbing the remote,"nothing we have to do homework" Olivia says taking the remote right out of my hands "fine I guess I'll do.....homework". It was 6:00 when we finished the horrible homework. I was walking home when someone grabbed me from behind I screamed and then turned around "Caspar what are you doing home from the championship?" "It got canceled because of the rain we had yesterday" "oh" I say as I give him a kiss and then began walking again." I'm sorry I would walk you home but i gotta go do my homework if you want to go to the dance" Caspar says and turns around, I smile and say "What time are you picking me up?", "8:30" he says back and we both walk home. When I get home I run up the stairs to my room,when I get there I walk over to my mirror and look at myself I have long brown hair and blue eyes that my mom says remind her of ice. I go to my closet and take down a short blue dress and a pair of black flats. I'm done getting ready for the dance at 8:15 and am sitting on the bench outside my house at 8:25 I see Caspar and his mom pull in I hop in and look at myself one more time in my pocket mirror as we drive. I thought tonight would be a great night but I was wrong....I was clueless.
