The Girl Down The Street

After school one day Josh started to sketch a dog on a surf bored when he saw a strange girl! She was walking into the house that was for sale with her two parents! Josh got curious and walked down the street. As he got closer he saw a moving truck that the parents were starting to unpack. He ran up to the girl and introduced himself, " Hi, I'm Josh and I live down the street. Where did you move from?" " Hi I'm Lexi and I just moved here from Canada." Once Josh heard her voice and saw her beautiful blue eyes and brown hair he knew thy would be friends. Josh walked back to his house. He heard his dad yelling at his older sister. He dashed through the kitchen and into his room where he found Amara. " Where were you? You said you were gonna play dollies with me." He rolled his eyes and got back to drawing. When he went to the kitchen for dinner, his mom asked him what he did today. he said he met the knew neighbors. But he got interrupted by yelling coming out of his fathers mouth. He ate quickly and escaped back to his room where he sketched Lexi until he fell asleep.
