I'm Here For You Brother

This is a Oneshot about Zach and Drake, so if you don't like that you can skip this one-shot. There is a mention of Charli x Alex too (and Levi x Light).

Zach lay on his bed, just on his phone looking at Instagram. He was just scrolling on his phone looking through the app when he thought he'd check on Alex's account. When he did, he saw that Levi was taking a selfie with Light, wrapping his arm around the purple boy. Alex said in the caption that they were now dating and had started three days ago. He smiled a little. Damn, never knew Levi had a crush on the man behind all slaughters. Take care of him, Levi. He's one of my best friends, and I don't want his heart broken.

But that wasn't her newest post. When Zach went to open her newest post, all he could do was just stare as his mouth dropped to the floor.

It was a picture of Charli kissing Alex's cheek. The caption read: I'm so glad that Charli and I are dating!! She was always here for me along with many others, even through recent events. You know who you are. You'll find somebody. How could you not? You're sweet, kind, and just awesome altogether, but after the breakup I found out I was bi. You'll find somebody else; I promise. I wish you all a good day and stay safe.

Zach couldn't feel anything at first. Then he felt more emotions at once than he could ever have thought possible. But the strongest were two: happiness for Alex, bus sadness because what they had was over and Alex probably moved on like it was nothing. He hopped off his bed and ran to Drake's room. He pounded on the door. God, I hope Drake and Gabby aren't doing it right now.

Thankfully, they weren't. Drake opened his door, concerned for his brother. "You okay?"

Finally, sadness took over Zach. He just fell into Drake's arms, trying not to let out a sob.

"Woah!" Drake caught him. "Zach! You okay?"

Zach shook his head. Drake was about to ask what the matter had been, but he realized that could wait. He had his brother to comfort first. "Come on Zach... I know you're upset, but listen..." He pulled Zach away from him and made him look him in the eyes. "I'm here for you, brother."

Zach smiled. "Thanks bro."

"Anytime."
