the backyardigans are playing in the backyard as usual, when suddenly a moving truck appears along with a few cars.
Uniqua: who is that?
Pablo: what's going on?
No one has ever moved in the neighborhood ever since Austin last did. so this was surprising for the members. maybe that explains why there was a gray house with a bench swing and a picnic table at the far end of the expense.
everyone stops what they're doing to look at the oncoming commotion.
the back of the moving truck opens up and two workmen get out, carrying a large red couch. A few more follow, carrying brown bookshelves, a nice coffee table, a few more living room furniture, etc.
tasha: *impressed* they must be rich.
one of the car's door opens and a woman gets out, resembling a cat. she is carrying a baby. A man also gets out, resembling a wolf. it appears he is very busy because he is talking to someone on the phone. finally: the back of the car opens and a little girl gets out. she is a mixed breed of cat-wolf (having cat ears and a wolf tail). she is wearing a grey windbreaker with a shirt that says #1 and wearing jeans with cuffs in them.
basically, she does not look like a normal kid.
Tasha: oh look! they have a kid!
Uniqua: duh....
Tasha: RUDE. shall we go say hi to her?
Uniqua: i guess so.....
As the girl and her parents follow the workmen into the house, she nervously glances at the members.
All: HI!
she gets scared and hides behind her parents as they go inside.
Tyrone: that was rude.
Austin: i think she was scared of us
"Scared? why scared? let's go say hi to her" Tasha says
"Ok", tyrone says as they go inside to make her a present.
