Chapter 8

Zoe's POV
WHAT! Did Luke just say that out loud? Calum really likes Lizzy? This can't be happening! I'm sure Luke didn't mean to say that. Calum looked kinda mad at what Luke just said. It went silent for a minute. It felt like the world just froze.

L: "Umm...Zoe I'm going back to the room. Uh see you later.
Z: "Lizzy you sure. I can go with you if you want?"
L: "No...you have fun. Besides I'm getting tired."
C: "Lizzy wait..."

Lizzy didn't hear what he said. She just closed the door. I wanted to go but at the same time I wanted to stay will Michael and Ashton. But my friends come first. I gave Michael that "I'll be right back" look. He nodded and I left, going to my room. I saw Lizzy on her bed with her face in the pillow.

Lizzy's POV
I heard someone come in but I didn't want to lift my head up. So I left it there. When I heard Zoe's voice, I knew she cared more about me than Michael and Ash. I didn't really want to talk about it, but Zoe was already sitting on the edge of the bed.

Z: "Hey..um...you wanna talk it out?"
L: "Not really in the mood right now. Can we talk later?Wait why are you here, weren't you with Mikey and Ash?"
Z: "Yea but I care more about my friend than 4 hot Australian boys who are perfe-"
L: "Okay okay!I get it now.Btw thanks for being there for me."
Z: "Of course!Anything for my friend."

Zoe's POV
We hugged it out, and she wiped her tears. I didn't really know if those were tears of joy or just tears. We got interrupted by Calum, who looked kinda embarrassed to what happened about 10 minutes ago.

C: "Uh...did I ruin something?"
Z: "No, not at all."
C: "Oh good.Um... Liz can I talk to you?"
L: "Okay."
Z: "I'll leave you two alone."
C: "Oh, Zoe btw um Michael wants to talk to you.He's across the hall."
Z: "Um okay."

Michael wants to talk to me?! Um that's weird. What does he want to talk about? Like my celebrity crush wants to talk to me! Wow! I wonder what he would want to talk about? I got to the door and knocked. Once again I knocked. No one opened. So I just went back to my room, but before I could open the door, I heard a door open behind me. I saw Michael with no shirt. He was shirtless! I don't know what to say. I think he was sleeping.

M: "Zoe...what happened?"
Z: "Oh...um...Calum said that you wanted to talk to me?"
M: "Oh...yeah I wanted to talk but it was getting kinda late so I went to sleep."
Z: "Well..I'm available right now...you wanna talk?"
M: "You sure?"
Z: "Yeah."
M: "Okay then...come right in."
Z: "Where's Ash?"
M: "Oh Ashton is in the room."
Z: "You guys share a room?"
M: "Yeah. We share a bed together."
Z: "The four of you fit in just one bed?"
M: "What?No. Like I share a bed with Calum and Luke shares a bed with Ashton, but Luke likes to sleep on the couch so ash sleeps alone."
Z: "Wow.So he's a loner."
M: "Yup."

I felt bad for Ash. He slept all alone. I would like to sleep with Ashton. All I could think about is Ashton. I heard a voice, which made my thought disappear. "So Zoe...what do you say?" Fuck! What did he say! I just had to go with the flow. "Um...yeah sure I would love to," I said. "Great. I can't wait for our first date...I mean hang." Michael was such a cutie pie. "Whatever you say, love." Wait, did I just say that?! That was weird.

M: "Did you just call me "love"."
Z: "Um...should I not call you that?"
M: "No that's fine."
Z: "Okay."
M: "Okay."

There was a bit of an awkward silence for a minute. Then he asked me if I wanted to lay down next to him. Of course, I said yes so I laid down next to him. I felt him try to big spoon me, so I helped out. I smiled.

M: "Goodnight princess."
Z: "Goodnight love."
