P to the doctor: Doctor let's go for C-section ye pagal hogayi hai kahi baby bhi pagal na paida ho 🙂

Dr: Dr Pramod par usme inhe baadme dard hoga 🙂

Crying sound of 2 little twins got spread in the whole room and hospital as pramod wishes it was a girl susila was getting unconscious due to less energy but still she had a motherly satisfied smile on her face

P: shhh!!! Hogaya shant hojao

S crying: Ahhh!!!

P wasn't able to see her in pain, he was happily holding the babies but his heart was broken by each of her screams
