Y/N smiled as she and Mitsuya's two little sisters walk down the town to eat street foods,she literally love it so much and she can't live without it,it was her job payment today so she have extra money to treat Luna and Mana. 'But i guess eating in restaurant is much better since Mana got perfect score today,i'll consider it as celebration'. Y/N picked up her wallet and count her money,2000 yen,okay great this is enough.
"Mana-chan,Luna-chan,today we won't be eating street foods cause i'll bring you two to Starbucks". She saw how the two little kids got confused. "Starbucks? What's that?". Luna asked,Y/N chuckle. "It's some kind of restaurant,we can eat ice-cream there,their ice-cream version is so delicious,you two will definitely like it,now come,let's go". Mana happily nodded. "Yippie Go!". But Luna was silent.
She got nervous for some reason and kneel down to ask her what's wrong. "Luna-chan,is there something wrong?". The little girl shook her head and gave her a fine smile. "Nothing,im just thinking about my upcoming math contest next week,you better be there with Nii-san okay?!". Luna grip her hands tightly like begging,and of course Y/N gladly nodded at her. "Yep,we'll definitely be there so don't worry and just do your best".
"You won't leave us right? Y/N-neechan".
She paused for a moment,mouth becoming dry but still managed to speak.
"Y-yeah! Of course! I won't leave".
Luna beam and hold her hands more tighter. "Thank you". Y/N only nodded,feeling guilty for lying.
"Ohh! Luna-chan!!! Mana-chan!!!".
"Kkai-niisan!!!!".
Y/N's brows slope when she saw a familiar long haired male approach them while grinning. "Hakkai-kun". Said male panted and hold his chest,sweats streaming down on his handsome face,Y/N blushed and instantly offered him a handkerchief which he gladly accepted and used it to wipe his face. "Arigatou Y/N-chan". She nodded and smile at him. "No problem". Hakkai finally got refreshed and look at them.
"Where are you three going?".
"We're going to visit Starbucks,it's been a while since i last entered one".
"I see".
"Wanna go with us?".
"I don't have any money with me".
"It's okay,it'll be my treat".
"Great! Then let's go!".
Hakkai gave Mana a piggy ride as the four of them make their ways to the planned destination. Y/N instantly ordered four ice-cream and milktea with fries before proceeding to take her seat with them,and as she contributed the food to them,Luna,Mana and Hakkai thanked her for treating them a expensive food and she just happily smile back at them and told them to eat well.
She didn't told this to anyone,not even Mitsuya..but she actually brought her credit card with her before she ran away,it was filled with money worth more than 2 million yen. She's just working as a waiter at a small cafe as disguise for her money income,she don't want Mitsuya to grew suspicious at her,he's already suspicious at her whole problem and she don't want to add more suspicion anymore.
Just until then,after she'll graduate she will go back to her parents and accept that stupid marriage proposal from the opposite family who's working with her parents,but she's not sure if she's not sure if she'll be able to leave the Mitsuya sibling,because they're expecting her to stay with them forever,and she already know that her parents wont allow her especially when they're just a normal family who has no wealthy background
But whenever she's imagining a life without Luna and Mana,it's breaking her heart,and she also don't want to be apart from Mitsuya,she don't know why but the reason why its depressing for her to leave them is mostly because of him. Y/N admitted that she can't imagine a life without him by her side,as a brother,or not? Sighs* she just don't know anymore,but he's making her heart beat like crazy.
'What was i to him? Am i special? Will he get sad if i will leave? What does he think of me? A sister? A woman?'. Y/N lost her appetite to eat because she don't know the answer,she cant figure it out,Mitsuya was too hard to read cause whenever he's telling her that he likes her he'll just end up laughing at his own words that's why she's laughing too to cover her serious face,cause she actually believed it.
She believed his words when he said i like you but she's not sure if it's true or not,well it's probably not true because he said it himself that he's just joking,so what will she expect? It's not real,his feelings weren't real for her as a woman,sure he likes her as a sister but she don't want him to see her like that,it's annoying cause she likes him,not as a brother but as a man who cared for her.
She's even calling him nii-san as teasing but he never complains about something like 'stop calling me like that and just call me Takashi'. Y/N silently scoffed,well who was she to call him by his name anyway? She's not his date,not her lover but a complete stranger who were just known for a few months so she knew that he probably won't develop any romantic feelings for her even when they live in the same roof.
Sighs*
"I really like him".
"Who? Taka-chan?".
She flinched when she remembered that Hakkai is here.
"Nothing HAHAHAHA,what i mean is i like that cute cat from Baji-san".
"Ahhh..but that cat is a girl".
