Partner's to Lover's

Mine Tunnel

Warnings: angst, cursing, kind of fighting, A little bit of a Bickerment

Summery: Our two love birds have set off to find some coin to pay for the night at the tavern. They found a mind that leads up to the Castle. What they find may or may stop them from getting the Job that they deserve.

POV: Victoria

     Up ahead I see a big castle over the woodland trees and fallen snow. I look up at my partner and say "I think we are almost there.." he looks at me then to the castle and nodds "I think you right" he smiles down at me "what?" I ask him as out of the corner of my eye I can see him still staring at me with that cheeky grin "nothing.. you just Beautiful." I blushed a little and roll my eyes " let's save the compliments until after we get our coin." I asked him in with he responded in a nod with a low voiced "mhm.".
     Great soons finds the entrance to mine so we decide to go through there. We where walking with a little bit of awkward silence so I decided to break it with a snotty remark as usual "so Geralt?" He looks over at me and raised an eyebrow to tell me that he is listening "so was your lady friend good in bed?" He rolled his eyes at me then looks at the wall send back to me " are you really asking me that?" He told me while looking into my eyes with a little bit of frustration and his voice " uh? Yeah.. do you never know she might be better than me-"
     I pause for a moment as Garet stopped in his tracks " what did you just say?" He asked with even more frustration in his voice. " well.." I stopped and turned on my heels to look at him " as you know of I've never been with a man and.. I know for a fact that I'm going to have some.. how do you say.. competitors.." Geralt sighs and then chuckles walking over to me slowly "what's so funny?" I ask him crossing my arms.
     In my head this whole thing was an argument it was just how I was raised with Geralt and all the other Witcher.. since I was the only girl I was raise to be comfortable with certain conversations. Sometimes that led to me being more vulgar than most women are in our time. So I'll say something if it's on my mind.. usually and Geralt knows that.. why does he love some girl like me or like some girl like me.. when he can have any woman in the world.
   Geralt walks up to me and brushes some of my hair out of my face. "Your more than enough for me.. you are the most important thing in this world to me Victoria... I know you know that." He looks down at me as I looks up at him. I never really realize how big he was compared to me til he was hovering over me. "Geralt.. you know I care for you .. and I know you care for me too.. but you didn't answer my question.". Then the shock of realization came on his face. "You thought I was asking you that because   don't think I'll be as good as her.. in bed I mean.." he pauses and just looks at me "Geralt.. I thought you would know by now if I'm acting or being serio-".
     Then before I could even finish my sentence I was shoved up against the wall of this tunnel that we are in. "Ah!- Geralt I-" I stoped mid and looks at Geralts face... I have.. never seen his face like this before. "Victoria.. do you really think I care how you are in bed?" I just stare at him "Once we are in my chambers..alone..." he gets close to my ear and pins my arms above my head..at this point was was a blushing mess "...I am going to make you mine..you will be mine and no one else's~.." Geralt.. I I-" I stutter then he chuckles at me "trust me Victoria..if you don't feel like your as good in bed the first time.. heh.. you have a lot of more times to practice with me.. darling~.."
     Geralt kisses my cheek softly and that's the way when you're my arms to start walking down the tunnel. I quickly gather myself up to be mostly normal then run up next to him. He looks down at me and laughs at my flustered face. "Shut up!" I said punching his arm.

{TIME PASS}

    I heard voices shouting and yelling up ahead. Geralt and I walk in to see men standing in a circle.. we end up leaning up against a wall. I pull my hood off my face and  crosses my arm at the men talking back and forth. "The king diddled whores while his subjects starved...then some one came." The man walks over and pokes another man in the chest "The Usurper. And he rallied the people, and they took back what what theirs!" "Yeah!!" The mean all yelled at him I only scoffed at them. "I say we follow the lead!"
     The guys yelled and I spoke up "you can't kill a vukodlak...so you decide to kill your king?" I ask them with an confused look on my face "Great plan." Geralt said after me. We both laugh under our breaths then the man that was speaking about over throwing the king yelled at us "more fuckin' Witcher's. Your kind already swindled us once." I roll my eyes at the man them my partner spoke to them "We take payment after the job is done and for a third of the price." I uncross my arms to seem more sensitive about what I was about to say "An apology.. from our guild to yours.."
     The men seem to pause for a moment and look at one another. The main guys of the group spoke up once again "and if you two can't kill it?" He asked us Geralt was about to speak when I told the man "then we die." Geralts head turns to look down at me and I looks up at him. My partner gave me an impressed look then looks back to the men.. I guess I read his mind.. I chuckle a bit then I  spoke under my breath " I know you by heart love.." "and I you.." Geralt whispers back.

POV: 3rd

  Our two Witcher's where having a lovely conversation when the king's knights barge down into the mine. Once the kings guard finish making the entrance a man spoke "please" the knight parted to make a path for him to walk forward. "Everyone remain calm. Lower your what bins and return to your homes." The man said to the towns people. Geralt and Victoria look at the man with not expression at all.. just staring at him to see if they could figure out his plan.
     "Do so quickly and without further theatrics... and you have my word that our king will not hear of this treason." The man tried to bargain with the people but with not luck as the main man on the talents people sides spoke up once again "Foltest commits treason. He hides in his winter Castle as we are eating." "Yeah!!" The men shouted in agreeance. "Mikal was a good boy. Revenge will not ease your pain." The Castle man's said to townsmen and place his hand on his shoulder in reassurance.
     The man place his hand and the castle man's hand and rips it off of his shoulder. There was a moment we're both sides raise their weapons or another... The Castle man stopped his side as the town man got j to the other face and spoke "you know nothing... of my pain" with a wave of his hand the townsfolk left.
     Geralt sighs as he spoke to the Castle man "does Foltest have a plain?" He asked him in which he replied "see this one to our borders. Temeria's has their fill... of Witchers." With that being the last thing you said before he walked back into his group of Knights and they left. "Asshole.." Victoria whispers under her breath as he walks away. Geralt chuckles at her and bumps her on her hip "come on.." he said to her in which she nodded and followed him.
