Fear is like an ocean

First everything is calm and you don't feel any

But then slowly everything becomes darker

You feel anxiety or panic

The sea becomes slowly wilder

With every wave it's less easier to breathe

The ocean becomes bigger and bigger

You can barely see anymore

The fear has you in a chokehold

You try to fight your way out

But cause of the rain and thunder you can't think

The wave crashes down on you

You fall

Everytime you try to stand up it gets you down again

Till you give up

Give into the fear

See everything more clearly

Once you accept it the clouds clear

You can breathe again

The sun takes the place of the clouds

And everything is like nothing had happend

But that is not true

You suffered there

There when no one could hear you

Understand you

The pain you felt was undescripable

But still they say

It's just some fear

Get over it

But we can't

Some people couldn't reach that light

Couldn't give in

Couldn't accept

They came in a dark place because of that fear

Anxiety, depression

So don't say 'we can understand you'

because no you can't

We're going through something that not everyone can understand

No one can understand

Only the ones that are in this place right now

Only the ones that feel this fear

The fear that makes you not think straight

The fear that leads you to do terrible things

The fear only the strongest feel
