The town of Ridgewood is the definition of mediocre. Basic population, basic crimes, basic life.

That was, until the towns beloved Freya Vandenburg went missing on the night of her seventeenth birthday.

Unaware of her disappearance, Daliah Fantôme, along with her five best friends go on with their days.

They're bound to notice the lack of Freya, and two days in, they do. Even when the realization sets in they figure Frey is off with some drunken mistake — or violently hungover.

The group isn't too worried until an assumed ransom note shows up, giving them a timeline.

Ten days.

They have ten days to find and save Freya, before their only hope seeing her is in a body bag.

Daliah (Doll) Fae Fantôme

Small summary: If you were to ask her parents, Doll is one of the bravest people. According to Daliah, they are completely mediocre on the brave scale. She is very adventurous and sweet, but has no issue calling someone out and being apart of confrontation. They are extremely loyal to the ones they love, and will go through great lengths to stick up for people. Though she enjoys hanging out with people, Daliah needs her along time to recharge.

Freya (Frey) Rosalie Vandenburg
The anxious┆17┆she/her┆cisfemale┆bisexual

Small summary: Though Freya is already fairly popular, she is a very anxious person. She hides this by putting on a facade near people that aren't her closet friends. Frey doesn't have the best relationship with her parents, especially her dad — so she spends most of her time with her friends.
