Story Description: Y/N L/N is boy inspires to become a hero y/n possess a quirk called Speed Burst it is a speed quirk and with it he will use it to become a hero or fastest hero out there y/n was going home but decided to take his time getting back because his mom taught him not to be in suck a rush or rush anything so y/n did just that but then suddenly he heard an explosion and went there to see what was going on he saw that some kind of sludge villain had a hostage and the heroes weren't trying to a boy from the sludge villain instead were making up excuses about how their quirks weren't suited y/n couldn't believe what he was hearing heroes are people who put their lives on the line to protect the innocent yet he isn't seeing any of that y/n was both disappointed and pissed seeing this and was about to run in to help but a girl with green hair beat him to it and see's that the girl threw her backpack at the villain's eye and started to claw at the villain to try and free the hostage y/n was surprised but smiled the boy rush y/n ran at speed that made him ran through the villain's liquid like body grabbing both the green hair girl and the hostage the villain out of rage tried to attack y/n but couldn't because y/n was evading all of his attacks y/n then saved the two then All Might came and took down the villain then y/n witness the girl being chosen to become All might's successor to his quirk the two would then become friends but then they will fall for each other the question is they either of them confess their feeling only time will tell

Quirk: Speed Burst
Quirk Info: Speed Burst is a quirk that gives its user the ability to run at the of a bullet which that speed is 1,800 per hour but use's up the user's energy to which if the user is not careful they will pass out and then the user becomes very hungry because their enhanced metabolism and the user has to eat a large amount of calories or food and because of the enhanced metabolism the user never becomes fat or gain weight because those's eaten calories or food are used as fuel for the quirk and the quirk gives its user a healing factor so that the user can recover from damage or injuries and the quirk gives its user the ability to absorb kinetic energy to which the user can use to boost their speed and if the healing factor of the quirk stops working the user can use the kinetic energy to heal themselves and can use to sustain themselves because of this the user will not need to eat and the user can refill their stamina using kinetic energy but it will come in the cost of the user's kinetic energy
