NCT ATHENA (엔씨티 아테나/also referred to as ATHENA) is the fifth sub-unit of the co-ed group NCT. Originally planned to be a co-ed unit including NCT members Mark and Taeyong, the group quickly became NCT's first and only female sub-unit due to the mentioned members taking a break, saying that they were being overworked. It is not a fixed group, meaning the members change for every comeback. NCT Athena debuted on November 29, 2019 with title track 'Bon Bon Chocolat'. Their current lineup consists of members CATCH ME, MOMOMO, SECRET, I WISH, HAPPY, DREAMS COME TRUE, SAVE ME SAVE YOU, LA LA LOVE, BOOGIE UP, AS YOU WISH, BUTTERFLY, and UNNATURAL.
