Part 2 Dark Lord Arc

Ryumi awoke within a small tavern with wooden tables that looked like tree stumps, a green door and a bar. Looking around he saw a pig looking at him with shiny black eyes. "Oh, you're awake! How are you feeling stranger?" The man hesitated before responding: "I'm f-fine thanks"

Just then Meliodas walked through the door stretching, his hands behind his head as Elizabeth walked in with him. "Ah, glad to see you're ok, we found you lying just outside a village passed out so we decided to bring you here to the boar hat to make sure nothing happened to you. My name is Meliodas and this is Elizabeth. We're on a quest to find all of our lost comrades"

(I should find a way back to the others at some point, but I guess there's no harm with helping these two find their allies first) Ryumi told himself before standing up. "I'd be happy to help you both find your friends"

Meliodas smiled "Great, the more help the better, finding the others won't be easy but with you helping that will give us a better chance!" The dragon sin of wrath rejoiced.

"With your help we can stop the holy knights from reining chaos over the kingdom" Elizabeth commented putting her hands together with a smile. The young tavern owner smirked announcing: "Well then, let's not waste any more time and go look for them!"

"Ah and where are we supposed to start looking!?" Hawk cried out looking at them. Meliodas smirked telling them to about the forest of dreams that a kid from the village mentioned. Since not even holy knights will venture inside, that's the perfect place for a sin to hide out"

"Then I guess we're headed to the forest of dreams" Ryumi responded still a little confused about where he was but knew he should help them...

They made their way from Bernia village towards the forest of dreams. As the three of them entered the forest, Ryumi could feel a strange energy flowing through the forest as mist filled the forest with bent and deformed trees.

"C-captain I'm not sure about this place" The others looked to see a giant girl asleep dressed in orange. That's when small goblins protected her. "Lady Diane, we're sorry but some holy knights managed to get in, please wake up lady Diane!"

The group watched as the giant opened her eyes standing over them. "Holy knights huh?" She quickly grabbed Meliodas pulling him close to her face looking deeply at him. Elizabeth clinched her fists in worry as she looked up at the giant. "Let go of Meliodas!"

Ryumi held his hand out preparing to charge a chidori when Diane's eyes lit up with excitement. "Captain! Captain, Captain, Captain! It's been so long since I've seen you!" She looked down at the three standing in front of her focusing on Elizabeth as she grew frustrated looking her up and down. "Who are you!?"

"M-my name is princess Elizabeth, the 3rd princess of the liones kingdom, I'm traveling with sir Meliodas"

"Hmph. You don't have any relations to the captain right?"

"Y-yes"

"Well Diane, we're also not in a relationship either" Meliodas responded with his back to her. Diane looked at her with a sad face as she cried out: "What!? Hmph! Well I the serpent of envy shall accompany you. But only because you're with the captain"

Just then bonds made of lightning wrapped around Ryumi and the others as a strong magical essence could be felt nearby. They looked to see Gilthunder walking out of the mist into view. "Seven deadly sins, I've finally found you" The holy knight stood there with a calm, cold expression as he focused his gaze on Meliodas. "Meliodas, dragon sin of wrath, with no one to stop me, I am now stronger than any deadly sin" Gilthunder looked Meliodas close to his face pointing his blade towards the young boy.
