after spending a full weekend with florence, she bids her goodbye and promises she'll see her soon for work.

lauren drives to the studios that are shooting wandavision. pulling up to her trailer, elizabeth jumps out and tackles lauren with a hug.

"laurennnnn, my favorite producer! i wish you were acting with me!" elizabeth pulls on a frown staring deep in to lauren's eyes.

"lizzie, stop, you know i can't say no when you look at me like that," lauren pinches the bridge of her nose and disagrees.

"please, laurie, please. just one episode, this is the halloween one, please just be a background character. i know you miss being on set as much as i miss having you there," she's holding lauren's hand now pleading her.

lauren tries to look away, but reluctantly agrees. "okay, let's go. you're supposed to be on in 20 and you're not dressed yet."

after spending 40 minutes in hair and make up lauren is dressed and ready to be in a single scene.

as she was conversing with "wanda" she stops to freeze.

"penny? is everything okay? penny!" wanda shoots red whisps towards penny's head.

penny smiles widely. "well what is it wanda? are you okay? you know i better be going i've left my little girl alone for too long now. bye bye wanda" lauren or "penny" winks up towards wanda and walks off.

"cut! that was great elizabeth, and you lauren..." he turns to look at lauren.

lauren scares, afraid he's going to tell her he hates it. she hadn't acted in around 4 years who could blame him. she dropped her head ready to be scolded.

"lauren that was wonderful! why didn't you tell me you could act?" he stares down at her with pride gleaming in his eyes.

she smiles slightly, "sorry, it's just i haven't acted in a long time. i focused so strongly on production and directing."

"you don't have to apologize, dear. i love having you sit down next to me, but seeing you up there was wonderful. i hope you'll help me with my next two marvel projects."

lauren nods excitedly at this, only hoping the next to projects are good and fun like this one.

she sits down next to him in her chair and they start with the next scenes. after a few she finally sees paul.

"paul!" she runs up to him hugging him tightly.

"well hey there ren! how are you my little sunflower in a field of daisies."

lauren looks up at him with a confused smirk, "well, someone seems really happy today."

he smirks as he looks down at her, embracing her once more. "the wifey and i trying for another!!"

she pushes herself off him, "really? really? that's amazing paul. oh my!" they hug once more before paul is called to set.

she sits back in her spot, pointing things out towards the director that might need fixing. they worked together peacefully until they wrapped on the episode.

walking back to her trailer with lauren, lizzie asks a few questions, "hey lauren?"

"yes hun?"

"who is that guy? the one who keeps you up late at night?" lizzie turns towards her friend and shrugs.

"it's just you seem so sad. i hate seeing you sad, and i know you constantly think of him." sighing lauren turns her head down.

"he was my first love, he turned my world with his goofy smile and tendencies." lizzie reached for lauren's hand, holding her tightly.
