chapter 1

NIA'S POV

"i am so excited for today its the first day of high school and were finally freshman, are you excited Jenna?" Nia says

yea i am very excited, i kinda miss 8th grade though because we could bully everyone in the school for being younger than us, now people are going to be bullying us for being the young ones" Jenna says

turns out we were wrong, people at this school don't care how young we are, people in here just look mad.

when me and Jenna got handed our list we realized we only had 1 class together ONE CLASS OUT OF ALL THE CLASSES 

"hey at least we still get to have lunch together" Jenna says

"yea your right, i still have all my classes with Kian except the one we got together" Nia says

"oh ok that's cool" Jenna says

as soon as i walk into 1st period and the teacher tells us our seats, he decides to put me and my boy best friend, Kian together

I've liked him for as long as i can remember i just never had the courage to tell him, Jenna says i should tell him because he may like me back, but i don't think so.

"hey Nia" Kian says

oh, hi Kian" Nia says nervously

"its kinda cool how to the teacher let us sit together, usually the teachers would tell the other teacher not to sit us together because we cause a lot of noise" Kian says

"yea, class is about to start" Nia says

why did i have to act so weird around him, i'm pretty sure he could tell i was nervous, i'ma tell Jenna about it when we get to 2nd period

*2nd period*

"JENNA" Nia yells

"you know you cant be yelling in the classroom ill get in trouble for that" The teacher says

"yea ok." Nia says

"WHAT I'M HERE" Jenna says

"ok so you know how i have a crush on Kian right" Nia says

"yeaa?" Jenna says confused

"ok so when Kian was talking to me i got all nervous and sweaty" nia says

"girl that's normal, how about we all three hangout later and you can tell him a friend can tag along of his, you know, for me" Jenna says

"ok i will" Nia says

when i got to third period i asked Kian did he wanna hangout and tag along a friend, and of course he said yes, i'm his girl best friend, and the friend he was tagging along is the captian of the football team, Jenna gonna love him.

*AT KIAN'S HOUSE*

while we i was at Kian's house i was starting to get nervous and sweaty because i liked him, Jenna needs to hurry up and get here ASAP

when Jenna came i wasn't nervous anymore it was kinda like she was my guardian angel

"alright since were all here, Jenna, Shawn, Shawn, Jenna great now we all know each other" Kian says

i really didn't want to come here but it was Jenna's idea so i kinda had to go along with it since she always had the best solution

"who wants to play spin the bottle" Shawn says

"me" Jenna says

"ME" Kian says

Spin the bottle? this could be my chance to kiss Kian

"Nia? are you gonna play" Jenna says

"yea of course" Nia says

"alright kian you spin first and whoever it lands on you have to kiss" Kian says

Jenna gave me the look, it seemed like she was hoping for it to land on me too, and i hope it sure did because i have really high hopes to get kissed by Kian tonight

*Kian spins the bottle*

*it lands on Shawn*

"man i wish that bottle would of landed on me" Nia mumbled

"oh my god my favorite gay couple" Jenna says

*Shawn and Kian kiss*

"alright Nia its your turn to spin the bottle" Shawn says

i started to get all sweaty and nervous hoping that it wouldn't land on Jenna nor Shawn

as i started to spin the bottle i spun it gently so it could land on Kian AND IT DID, as me and Kian started to kiss Shawn suddenly says

"awww look at my bud and his girlfriend"

"fr they are so cute, and you know you cant spell Kian without Nia" Jenna says

"wait what" Nia and Kian both say in sync

"u haven't heard, its been all around the school that y'all both like each other" Shawn says

that night i was so embarrassed Jenna had to drag me out of Kians place

but i still cant help the fact he likes me too, or it could be just a rumor. The next day at school this guy comes up to me and asked if i wanted to hangout and i said yes because he was cute

we started talking for hours and hours at a time, and turns out he likes the same stuff i like, i learned his name was Lucas but he likes to be called Luke sometimes

"hey do you wanna hangout tomorrow" Luke said

and of course i said yes, so we hung out the next day, and the next day, it was kind of becoming a consistent thing, and i felt so comfortable around him

It was like i can be anything and everything around him, But one day he said

"do you want to start dating, because we hangout a lot" 

"yes i do" Nia said, i know i still like Kian but i just kinda needed to get that whole spin the bottle thing of my mind

and soon enough we started dating.
