Prologue

Mia was ready to start a new year. She had made sure she had everything prepared for school beforehand: books, notebooks, pencils, pens, notepads, pencil case, etc... She had practically gotten everything she needed. Mia was excited for the upcoming school year, however, it wasn't exactly school she was looking forward too. It was the thought of finally meeting her friends (Lisa and Mary) again, and, finally, being able to chat with them with her hearts content. Though deep down, it was also partly the thought of seeing Chad, (her lifelong crush), once again. Sadly, for all of this she had to wait the rest of the summer holidays, and wait she did, ever so patiently.
