Well, this is it! The last week of middle school! Middle school has been so rough and I am so glad that I finally get through it! My name is Christy Jessica Miller and I live in New York with my Mom and Dad and my older brother, Liam. New York City is very big and it will always be my home. So middle school is almost over and I am so excited for something new!
"The last week before middle school graduation, right?" Mom asked
"Yes, Mom... " I said happily
"Little sis is about to go to high school!" Liam said
"Yes, big brother... I'm so happy!" I said
"Liam! Your 16th birthday party is on Friday right?" Dad asked
"Oh, yeah! I'm gonna invite all of my friends to my party!" Liam said
"Liam Jonathan Miller! You are all grown up now!" Dad said
"Liam, you are going to have the best birthday party ever!" Mom said
Liam Jonathan Miller, that's my big brother's name. Me and my big brother has always been very close. Whenever I have problems, my big brother always come up with solutions to solve my problems. My big brother is my best friend! I always enjoy spending time with him! 😄
"Yes, Mom and Dad! I cannot wait for my birthday party!" Liam said
"Well then, we should get some party decorations and balloons!" Dad said
"And don't forget! birthday cake!" Mom said
"Oh yes! Birthday cake! That is important!" Dad said
"Big brother is gonna be 16 years old?" I asked
"Yes, Christy! And your big brother is gonna have a big party with his friends..." Mom said
"Christy, this is not just any ordinary birthday party... This is your big brother's 16th birthday party! And this party is very important for your big brother... So I don't want any trouble during that special day... Okay, you promised to be good, Sweetheart?" Dad said
"Christy, please be good... okay?" Mom said
"Okay, Mom and Dad... I will be good... I promised... " I said
"That's great, Sweetheart..." Mom and Dad said
Wow, my big brother is gonna be 16 ! That is so cool! Yeah, by the time my big brother is 16 years old, he will become a hero! Not just a hero, superhero 🤩
"Christy... Sweetheart... Do you want to look for your big brother's birthday present?" Dad asked
"Yes! Daddy..." I replied
And then, Dad and I come across a skate shop
"Christy, do you want to buy this skateboard for your big brother?" Dad asked
