I couldn't make my mind up on what to do but I did know if I went home it would mean reconnecting with my brother.I always wondered what it would be like to reconnect with my brother but I never thought it was even remotely possible being that both my "parents" didn't want me. So I took a huge step and called my brother yet again, he said that I had scared him when I ran away and he was looking for me for six months, I started to feel bad  but then I thought to myself if he was really worried then why didn't he call my phone? I started to question everything but I finally gave up and set up a meeting time and place but told him to come alone or I would run yet again.

At the meeting place the following day around lunch time

Dustin and I met in a Tim Horton's and I asked him if "mom" or " dad" ever asked if he knew where I was being that Joey had died, Dustin looked at me with a horrid but very sad look on his face, he then said " no and when i asked them why they gave you away they told me that you were unplanned and that they never wanted to have you or even have a girl." I broke on the inside but couldn't let my older brother see me upset, it was summer so I didn't have a sweater on, I caught my brother looking at my arm and put my jacket on, but he had already notice the scars on my wrist and all the way up my left arm and he asked what they were from and I shied away. We had sat in awkward silence for at least ten minutes before I got up and said to Dustin " this was a huge mistake, I thought you would possibly want to know more about me but i guess i was so wrong," " Cass wait PLEASE! This wasn't a mistake! I just feel so bad that you had to go through this and I'm at a loss of words seeing the scars, please give me a chance, oh and by the way mom and dad got a divorce shortly after I turned 7 years old, i live with mom throughout the week and every other weekend and visit dad on the other weekends, if you need a place to stay I can ask mom." he said cutting me off. "Listen I may need a place to stay but I wont resort to living with the cunt who gave me away!!! And this was a mistake, I shouldn't of involved you in my life! Goodbye!" I said getting up and running out the door. i hear footsteps behind me and it's Dustin, " Can you not follow me! I want nothing to do with the family!" I said angrily picking up my speed "Cass stop!!! PLEASE!!!!" Dust said sounding like he's about to cry. But I didnt care, I kept running.

Few days later....

I was just hiding in the forest when my phone went off, I looked at my phone and it read;

416-555-0141: hey, umm... umm... I talked to mom and she said you could stay with us on a couple conditions. :( 

Dustin, your big bro.

me: I told you meeting up was a big mistake and that I'd never live with that cunt!!!! Do not message me ever again!!!! GOODBYE FOR EVER!!!

416-555-0141: Wait what do you mean forever?!?!?!?

416-555-0141: CASS????

416-555-0141: MONKEY!?!

416-555-0141: I'm calling the cops!

911: 911 Woodstock Police Department. What is your emergency? 

Dust: yes I was texting my sister who when i saw her last had fresh cuts and old scars on her wrist, she's homeless and I was texting her when she sent me "I told you meeting up was a big mistake and that I'd never live with that cunt!!!! Do not message me ever again!!!! GOODBYE FOR EVER!!!" I'm worried please find her.

911: I'm sorry Sir but if you don't know if she is harmed and you don't know where she is then there's not much we can do, I'm sorry but call back after 24 hours then we will report a missing person.

Dust: you don't understand she's homeless and we I saw her four days ago she had fresh cuts on her wrist! please help!!!

I had cut my wrist multiple times missing the vein each time but then I finally hit the vein. Less then a minute after I hit the vein, I felt someone touch me but I had lost to much blood already. (from what I was told this is what happened) 

The runner who found me, tied something tightly around my upper arm to try and slow the bleeding down before dialing 911 , she explained what that she found my in the forest and that i was bleeding out! The ambo came and rushed me to the hospital and apperently Dust saw that a homeless girl around 13 years old had cut her wrist and almost bled out but no family was to be found and thats when he rushed to the hospital. He asked if someone by that name of Cassidy Graham, Cassidy Rider or Cassidy Christian was here. They took him to my room to see if i was the girl he called his sister and when it was, the nurse called his mom and told her she needed to come to the hospital so when i was to be released I had a place to stay.
