Keyshia POV~ I woke up and Jordan was gone. I looked at my phone and Jordan texted me about 5 in the morning. I heard my grandma downstairs singing. I thought about my dad and if he was OK. I thought my grandma would know something so I went downstairs to ask her.
Keyshia~ Granny???
Granny~ Yes baby??
Keyshia~ When my dad was growing up, did he have any problems or disorders??
Granny~ Well, I remember I went to a parent teacher conference to talk about James' behavior in school in the 6th grade.
Keyshia~ What happened???
Granny~ He was choking the other kids and strangling them. I took him to get help and turns out he has an anger management problem.
Keyshia~ Wow
Granny~ Why did you say wow?
Keyshia~ I would've never guessed that
Granny~ Nobody's not perfect Keyshia
She kissed me on the cheek and headed out the house to go to work. I'm glad I decided to stay here. Because I don't know if he'll put his hands on me. Just thinking of him hitting me made me cry. That's when I heard a knock on the door. I hurried up and dried my face and answer the door and saw Daniel.
Daniel~ Hey Keyshia!!! Are you OK??
Keyshia~ Yea
Daniel~ Have you been crying??
Keyshia~ No.....just don't worry about it
Daniel~ OK... Well I wanted to tell you that everyone wants to go to South Beach, do you wanna go?
Keyshia~ Ummmm...... Yea sure.. I'll get some clothes and catch up with y'all later
Daniel~ OK see ya later
I guess this was gonna be a road trip. I was happy but then again nervous. I always wanted to go down there and go to the beach. Its like the best beach in Miami. But i was nervous because my dad's beach house was on that beach. What if doesn't want to see me?!?! I looked at the new time, I realized I had get packed before Jordan pulls up. So I texted my granny where I was going and going with and began packing. I packed 2 swimsuits and clothes. I also packed some sun screen, sunglasses, and 7 pairs of sandals. There was no need for sneakers. Finally I got dressed and just in time Macc's BMW pulled up. I put my bags in the trunk and climbed in the backseat with Daniel, Miya, Cari. Macc pulled off and we hit the road.
Miya~ I'm so glad we're taking a VACAY!!!!!!!
Cari~ Yea we do need it all the drama that happened we just need to get away from it, right Keyshia?
Keyshia~ Yea...........
Daniel POV~ During the ride I realized that Keyshia was too silent. We played some music and we all were turned up, except for Keyshia. She just looked out the window. I've heard things about her and they say she's not a quiet person. But the way she was acting she was proving them wrong. I whispered to Jordan to ask did he know what was wrong with Keyshia and he said he didn't know. This isn't like Keyshia but when we get to South Beach I'm gonna find out.
