It has been almost a year after the break up with Zayn.

Zayn had clarified about the reason for the breakup. He said it was because "we weren't happy anymore".
You were sad when you heard it but well, it is what it is.

Life has been great, you are almost done with college, just a few months before your final exams. You planned to go back to Nigeria to visit your parents before coming back to England. These past few months has been a whirlwind for you. But thankfully after the paparazzi found out you weren't crazy about Zayn, they gave up and your peace returned.

You went to South Korea for an exchange program a month ago, and that was when you met Namjoon, it was an eventful meeting, you were lost and he found you.

You have been in contact since then, you were in South Korea for just a month and he made your life blissful. You left Korea a few days ago and you miss him a lot.

"Joonie, I know you're busy with work, you don't have to keep staying up late just to call me when it's still bright in London" you said when face timing him "(y/n), you know that I can't help it, your conversation keeps me going" he said with his big goofy eyes, you shook your head laughing "Don't let your coworkers hear you" you laughed.
Namjoon told you he was in a team with six other guys working on a secretive experiment, you knew he was a scientist but he was so secretive and you guessed he should be working with the government.

"They can't hear me, they should be snoring at this time" "oh well" you said just smiling, you two looked at each other smiling and enjoying your company "(N/n), I like you" "Awww I like you too Joonie" you said trying to seem uninterested "I didn't mean.... " "Joonie I should get going, I have to study" you said interrupting him "oh, OK I'll call you later" "Bye" you said ending the call.

You sighed, you had feelings for Namjoon but it was too early to get into a relationship. You had just gotten out of a relationship a year ago and you think it is too early to enter into another one.

Another reason is that Zayn has been trying to meet with you and you don't know what to do or expect.
