Cale can feel the tranquility again that was robbed to him by the Nobles a while ago. He picks up his pace as he strode in a lazy but hurried footsteps just to get away by the busking and earsplitting banquet that is happening within the Royal Palace.

'Damit it!'

"Really, that hyung-nim of mine is so..."

He mumbled under his breath, knotted brows is visible if had not in the dark, continuously mutterings of how much he hates how he was dragged here.

His brown leather loafers dugging down the flat ground, looking left and right until a pedunculate oak tree caught his attention.

With a determine gaze and a tug on his lips, he hasten his steps until he reach the tree. Upon reaching the distance, he gently lean his back at the sturdy trunk as he look up at the blanket of stars that stretched to infinity. He sighs.

The pale crescent moon shone like a silvery claw in the night sky. The calmness of the night and the sparkly fireflies that he see every now and then sets the moods that washed his nerves away.

Relaxing as he is, as the breeze delicately sways his red hair that is falling near his shoulder blades, feeling the red ribbon that ties his hair loosening it's grip.

While feeling the serenity of the mini forest, Cale can see the Royal Palace's bright lightnings from where he's standing. There's some Nobles on the veranda as well as some Lovers secret rendezvous happenings.

Well, not that he cares.

With a sigh, he raised his two arms up in the air to fix his loosening black ribbon.

Sniff.

Hmm?

Cale froze. Because what the heck, did he just hear someone sniffing?

Despite his calm facade, his mind is undergoing such turmoil.

Shit, did Ghosts exist in this munchkin world? For real? Nope, it's not that he's afraid of ghost, just uncomfortable. Yeah, and it's troublesome just by thinking about i--

Sniff.

Holyshit. Kill me now.

Cale tightly shut his eyes. Red eyelashes fluttering close as his heartbeats go haywire. He counts from one to three until he decided to leave the place--

"Y-Young M-Master...? W-Who..?"

Oh naw.

On second thought, thank goodness she didn't recognize me.

Wait, what? She?

Cale Henituse whipped his head back to the hidden area where the voice is coming from, there, his eyes landed to the most cliche and cringey scene he witnessed the most.

He's not even the male lead, why would he even get a fateful encounter involving a woman in his life?

Really, now? A Noble Lady with a sprained ankle, hence why she's crying because she can't walk? Or did something happened, like break ups, that's why she's recuperating here?

Nah. His slacker life fading away hurts more than any break ups.

Cale messed his long hair with irritation. The Lady staring at him, teary eyed, but a gasps escapes her mouth when he recognized who he is.

'Yeah, it's me. Young Master Silver Shield. Now, quit staring.'

"Y-Young Master Cale..! Oh my god, pardon my unsightly appearance..!" She then continued to ramble on and on as she, yes, tried to stand on her own.
