Sinon wakes up and gets of the bed. When the general meets her and Kai.
Sinon: Got another mission for us sir?
General: Yup, but Kai is coming with you this time.
Sinon: General, you should know that I only like to work alone.
General: You don't get to choose. This is an order. Sargent Kai, come on over.
Kai comes out of his room.
Kai: Hey Sinon.
Sinon: Hey Kai. So, you ready to do this mission?
Kai: Of course I am. I know it's gonna be quick and easy too.
Sinon: Just try not to get in the way. No offense Kai.
Kai: Ok hotshot. Trying to show off. I get it.
Sinon: Oh hush.
General: Alright, let's get out there. You guys are going to New York.
Sinon: New York.
Sinon looks down and her face changes to a sad one.
Kai: Hey Sinon, what's wrong?
Sinon: It's just, I had a friend who lived in the New York who passed away. So any mention of that place just makes me a little sad is all.
Kai: What was his name?
Sinon: Kazuto Kirigaya.
General: Sinon, we can't let emotions get in the way of the mission.
Sinon: Right. Sorry general.
Kai and the general make concerned faces, as they've never seen Sinon look like this. Their faces change as the tv on the walls start to get staticky and a man with a cloak and skull for a face starts talking.
Death Gun: Sinon, I am Death Gun. I heard that you're the best sniper there is. But that's all you're good at. I ask for a duel. But, you need prove to be worthy of fighting me. I will put you through challenges. That will test all of your skills, if you pass, only then will you be able to fight me. You win, everyone lives, you lose, you, your friends, and your family will be blown to bits.
Sinon: What the hell?
Kai: What's going on?
General: Men! Go shut off the screens and see who the hell is hacking us!
Sinon looks at the screen, trying to process what the man said. The screens turn off as Sinon processes her thoughts.
Sinon: Death Gun.
Kai: Sinon, what the hell was that?
Sinon: I have no clue. But, I accept his challenges.
Kai: What? You can't be serious.
General: Sinon, doing this could kill you.
Sinon: All of my missions could've killed me. I'm still here. I'm going to take him on. Alone if I have to.
Sinon gets her gear and walks off.
