A brunette walking towards the elevator pushes a button and the doors shut and the elevator descends. As the elevator stops, the person walks out, holding a file that was filled with pictures. She walks over to (Y/N) and hands him the file.

(Y/N): Uraraka, you have them?

Ochako: Yes. I've been snooping around. I got evidence.

(Y/N) transforms into Carnage and pats Ochako's head.

Carnage: Good~ Now to lure in our prey~

Nick: Just a question. You sure they're gonna fall for this?

Carnage: They're Union. They're gullible. It's enough.

Octavius enters the room and reports to Carnage that everyone's been positioned. All they need now is the people.

[LATER]

At the HeliCarrier, the Headmasters and some of the students arrive. Nick runs to the Union people and report the "problem".

Nick: Great, you're all here.

Sirzechs: Nick, report.

Nick: Carnage broke inside and he took Uraraka and some of the Agents hostage. I suggest the students check. It'll help encourage them more.

Ozpin: Hmmm, you're right. The students may go.

Rias: Issei, you can have Ochako when you heroically rescue her.

Issei: Sweet!

The students run to the elevator and push the down button. The Headmasters stand still and hope. Until, they get arrested and their abilities get dampened.

Nick: Great, that's one less loose end.

Sirzechs: Fury!

Nick: Shut it, dirtbag. You 3 are arrested for fraud, murder, rape and.... Jesus christ you all did a lot of shit. Whatever! You're arrested!

Nezu: Well played, Fury. Well played.

[WITH THE STUDENTS]

The students head to the briefing room to see Carnage holding Uraraka and a couple of S.H.I.E.L.D Agents who were tied up.

Rias: Let them go! Union is here for Uraraka!

Midoriya: URARAKA!! ARE YOU ALRIGHT!

Uraraka: Yes, I'm fine. Just give him anything he wants, he'll release me!

Issei: Ho ho, I'll give him what he wants! A Ddraig Sandwich!

Issei jumps at Carnage and boosts as he hits Carnage, but reveals that Carnage used Uraraka as a human shield. Issei jumps back and grits his teeth.

Carnage: Haha! You made my job easier~

Carnage turns his right hand into a blade, then stabs Uraraka in the chest. The Union students go wide-eyed as Carnage drops Uraraka's body in front of the Union students.

Midoriya: YOU.... YOU BAST-

Carnage goes on all fours and charges at Midoriya and stabs his right shoulder. Midoriya falls as Kirishima helps him up, but immediately gets knocked out by a mechanical tentacle. Carnage turns back to (Y/N) and walks back.

(Y/N): Oh yeah, have you guys met my friends? They're from Ryker's. Hmmm, sounds like a restaurant.

Carnage: Yeaaah, now I'm hungry.

The villains from Ryker's jump out of their hiding spots and knock out Koneko, Asia, Ren, Weiss, Kaminari, Ojiro and Iida.

Issei: DAMNIT, IT'S AN-

Fury (Speakers): Ambush? Nice work, Sherlock.

Rias: Headmaster Fury!?

Fury: (Speakers): Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D, kiddos.

Gas starts to make it's way into the HeliCarrier and all the Union Students pass out. Uraraka's corpse suddenly starts sparking and her eyes turn black.

Issei starts crawling to (Y/N), but (Y/N) notices and slowly walks away as Issei fully passes out.
