Honestly? He's pretty dumb and stoopid, but full of energy and pretty loyal to Greg (kinda-)
He's obsessed with skipping, and I HAVE to agree with Greg on this one... when he skips it's so annoying-
Anyway, the fact that he actually likes that clown Joshie is kinda O.O stoopid-
Well- in my opinion his art is better than Greg's... don't come at me at this one- but I like the fact that he doesn't draw noses-
His hair looks like half-eaten spaghetti and it's weird how he only has 2 teeth when he's in middle school- honestly it makes him look like a toddler, and like Manny-
His ZOO-WEE MAMA! Comics are meh imo. He looks even more babyish in the 2021 movie. Below is a picture of him in the 2021 movie

Overall, Rowley's hilarious and cringe, but an amazing (and awesomely friendly ofc- 🙄👏) character.
