Is Eva her life really so perfect?

James fell in love with Eva and didn't know how to tell her because he was so scared Eva was going to reject him. Eva and James had been best friends for 2 years now and James just fell in love with Eva sinds the day she helped him against the bullies. He was going to ask her to be his valentine. Only James had never met Evas parents because everytime when he asked about them Eva switched to a comepletly different subject. That was because her parents didn't want her hanging out with any boy at all. Because James kept asking she told her parents that she had been hanging out with James for over 2 years now, and Eva her parents got really mad when she told them about James. After Eva told her parents about james she got grounded for a month, she was not allowed to see any of her friends and especially not james. That month was really loneley for Eva. She missed James so much. They could get along so well together and her parents took away the person who made her the happiest. After the month of being lonely Eva went back to James to tell him everything her parents told her. James was extremely shocked. He did not expect that at all. He thought Eva didn't want to talk to him anymore, he thought that becease she didn't respond to any of his text messages. That was also Eva's parents their fault. They blocked james on her phone and they also checked Eva's phone every morning to make sure she didn't call with her friends or talked to them. If she would have talked or called with them she would have been grounded for longer. But she explaind that to all her friends. James was releaved to hear that because now he knew it was not his fault. He still really likes Eva. Valentines day arrived and James asked Eva to be his valentine but Eva said no. She didn't reject him because of her parents but it was because she just didn't love him in that way. She loved James in a way of best firends. James got really upset because of that but it did deffenetly not change anything in theire friendship.
