We just arrived at The Grove, Ella parked her car and we started walking to a restaurant. "What's the time?" I asked.
"12:15 the boys are getting here at 12:30" she replied, reading her phone.
We got a table for four and sat down, I could see Ella was fidgeting around a lot.
"Are you nervous?" She nodded.
"It'll be fine honestly, what can go wrong?" I reassured her.
"So many things Liv! What if he thinks I'm ugly or I'm really awkward?! What if he doesn't find me funny or he's really-" she blurted out.
"Calm down, it will be fine I promise!" I heard the door open.
Ash had that usual smug look plastered on his face, his hair was in a perfect quiff and I could see he was already attracting female attention, he spotted us and started walking towards our table. But then I saw the friend, oh my god, the friend. He was so tall, his hair was a bleach blonde almost white colour and his eyes were so blue I just wanted to look into them all day. I realised I was staring but I couldn't even stop, his eyes locked onto mine and his mouth formed a smirk. I think I just melted there and then, my breathing had become irregular and I was heating up.
"Hello ladies" Ash said confidentially.
I'm pretty sure everyone in the room was staring at him right now, he got girls in a trance.
"Hiii" Ella and I replied in unison followed by a little giggle.
"This is my friend" Ash revealed, pointing at Lucky.
"Hi, I'm Lucky" he said whilst they took a seat. Even his voice was attractive.
The four of us got on so well, we were in the restaurant for almost two hours just talking. Lucky gave me butterflies, the whole entire time he would just stare at me, like he was caught in a day dream. We walked around a few shops but neither Ella or I had much money to spend as we both blew all of it in TopShop, so we decided to go home.
"Boys, do you want to come back to mine for a bit? My parents don't get home until 10 tomorrow morning" Ella asked.
"If that's okay?" Ash replied.
"Of course! Let's go" she told us whilst unlocking her car.
Ash sat in the passenger seat next to Ella, I sat at the back with Lucky. I've never gotten on with anyone so fast before, we literally finished each other's sentences. I was suddenly snapped out of my day dream when our hands brushed together, immediately my hand started tingling. We both looked at each other at the same time and he let out a little chuckle. He was adorable. Did he feel the same thing in his hand? I can still feel where he touched me... I've never had this before. No. There's no way he felt it too I'm being silly. He would never be attracted to a girl like me.
Ella pulled up her drive, unbuckling her seatbelt, we all followed. She searched for her keys, opening the door. We were greeted by her little puppy Alfie.
"Come on let's all go to the living room" Ella gestured.
