Reacting to future Marinette (And possibly have a large bucket of salt)

Chapter 2

"Alright, this is the girl we are reacting to."

A picture of Marinette showed.

"And this is what she looks like when you guys meet her," a.p21 said.

A picture of Shinobu shows up on the screen.

The whole theater was in shock except for Shinobu. In the demon slayer rows, they couldn't believe that Shinobu looked so different. On the MLB rows, they couldn't believe that Marinette looks so different and pretty in the future. Marinette was worried about how her friends would react to her natural hair. Lila was furious, how could Marinette look so beautiful in the future. Many of the boys were wondering the same thing and had to hold their noses to stop their nose bleeds.

"Shinobu, is that really you?" Rengoku asked.

"Yes, Rengoku sama, that was me, when I was 14."

"You sure have changed, Ms. Shinobu," Tanjiro said.

"Indeed you have," Ubuyashiki said.

"Wow Shinobu, you were so cute in the past!." Mitsuri exclaimed.

"Indeed," said Aoi.

"Master, did you dye your hair blue?" Kanao asked.

"I did."

"I do."

Both Shinobu and Marinette said.

"Why do you keep addressing Marinette as Shinobu?" Alya asked.

"Marinette, last time I checked her name was Shinobu," Shinazugawa said.

"No, her name is Marinette." Alya said.

"Would you like to tell them or should I?" Shinobu asked Marinette.

"I'll tell them," Marinette said.

"My birth name is Shinobu Kocho, but when I moved to Paris, I changed my name to Marinette and took my Aunt and Uncle's last name. I also dyed my hair blue."

"Why though?" Ivan asked.

"When my parents died my sister wanted me to be safe and couldn't take care of me at the moment, so when she turns 18 I am moving to Japan to live with her, which should be in about a year," Marinette replied.

"Wait, so you're moving in a year?" Adrien asked.

"Yeah"

"How come we, I didn't know about this?" Adrien asked.

"Well, I was going to tell you guys in a few months when my sister turned 18."

The demon slayers were surprised at the new information about the insect hashira. However, it didn't change the way they saw her. For the MLB people, they were mad at Marinette for keeping important information, like she was going to move in a year, from them. Lila thought of the perfect way to turn everyone against Marinette.

"Why didn't you tell us about this Marinette? Do you not trust us Marinette? I thought we were all friends." Lila said.

"Yeah" the rest of the class agreed.

Meanwhile, on the demon slayer's side, they were getting annoyed and mad at Shinobu or Marinette's old friends, especially the Lila girl. Tanjiro could smell a scent of deception, and lies on the girl. Zenitsu could hear something off with Lila's heartbeat. She wasn't a demon but there was something different with it, it sounded like how it would if a person is lying. Lila was smirking on the inside, her plan was going exactly the way she wanted it to. Alya couldn't believe that her best friend could keep such a big thing from her, they're best friends. They're supposed to tell each other everything. They have to, best friends never keep secrets, that's not how that's supposed to work. Adrien could not believe this. Marinette's his girlfriend and he didn't tell her this, how dare she. She probably had a good laugh behind his back. He's her boyfriend, she has to tell him everything, he owns her.

"How could you, Marinette, we're supposed to be best friends!" Alya exclaimed.

"But I-"

"Marinette, I can understand not telling Alya and everyone else but why didn't you tell me?" Adrien said.

"Hey!" Alya yelled.

"I, I, I'm-"

"GUYS I don't think Marinette trusts us!" Lila said.

"That's not it at all-" Marinette tried to say.

"What why"

"Do you really not trust us Marinette?"

"Not cool man"

"I thought we were friends" sobbed Rose.

"How could you"

"You're always so mean Marinette"

"And especially after Lila came,'' Alix exclaimed.

"You used to be so different and nice," Sabrina said.

"I, I, I-" Marinette tried to say but she got interrupted.

"Guys maybe you should stop being so mean to Marinette-" Nathaniel began to say.

"Adrien, can you tell Marinette to stop being so mean, she is Rose upset," Juleka said.

"Yes please, that way Marinette can understand that her behavior is quite inappropriate," Ms. Bustier said.

"But I-"

"Shut it, stop lying!" Alya yelled.

"But I'm not lying-"

"Marinette why are you so-" Lila started to say.

"HEY SHUT UP!" Shinazugawa yelled.

"I don't know any of you but I don't give a damn about that, just shut up and let the girl explain, or better yet just don't say anything. Hell, you're all annoying" He said.

"Why don't you explain your situation Shinobu," Tanjiro said gently.

"Okay, um you see my sister was only 16 and I was 12. My sister was able to live with her teacher who taught her for some outside school activities but he wasn't able to take care of me and my sister really wanted to complete her training. So I decided that I would live with our aunt and uncle. She said that once she finished her train and came of age, which is 18, she would take care of me and we could see each other again." Marinette said.
