Y/N: hello brother
You smile as he laughs
Kyojuro: I'd like for you to meet my new Student
He puts his hand on mitsuri shoulder
Mitsuri: hello! You must be Y/N! Master Rengoku told me about you! You look so cute!
She covers her mouth
Mitsuri: sorry! Did I say that out loud?
You laugh as Rengoku laughs
Mitsuri: don't laugh its embarrassing!
I walk inside as I see father lying on the carpet with his drink
Y/N: good evening, father
Father: good evening, Y/N
He holds more respect over you since you listened to his advice and didn't become a swordsman. You sit at the table near him and tend to yout chemistry set.
Father: what are you working on?
Y/N: remember that disease mother had?
Father: yes...
Y/N: I'm gonna cure it and bring mother back to life
I look back at him
Father: you can't return from death son. With not to sound rude but don't belive in that crap!
Y/N: father, there are demons about who are stronger than hashira, can regrow limbs and live forever. If such a thing is possible I can belive in restoring a life.
I walk to father and put my hand on his shoulder
Y/N: I swear to you I will bring mother back to us
Father: do as you wish...
I walk out to see Mitsuri sitting on the balcony
She exhales as she looks onward, you sit next to her. She seems to be training on her breathing concentration.
Kyojuro: aaaand that's enough!
she smiles as she looks up at Rengoku infront of her and she turns her head at me
Mitsuri: ah Y/N what a surprise
She smiles
Mitsuri: came here to practice your breathing too?
Y/N: no just came to check on my brother's new student
She smiles as she leans on my shoulder
I put my arm around Mitsuri as we watch the sunset
I get up and help her on her feet
Y/N: Mitsuri, are you tired?
She nods her head as I follow her to the spare room, I set up the bed for her as she changes
Y/N: ok the beds all ready
I turn around and see Mitsuri in her night gown her hair is let down rather than braided she sits down on the bed and gives me a hug
Mitsuri: thank you Y/N
I wake up in the morning and hear yelling at Mitsuri talking, she sounds nervous, and is that father yelling?
I run out to see him yelling at her.
Father: WHY DO YOU WANNA BE A DEMON SLAYER?!
Mitsuri: because I want a husband to protect me...
Father: that's bullshit
He was about to throw a bottle at her until I jumped in front to stop it and father whacked the bottle across my face
Father: what the hell are you doing kid?!
