High School, Mill Valley. One day before the summer break, in 1969.

Hey Dorothea

Do you ever stop and think about me?

When we were younger

"Hi, guess who?" you came up behind Stella, covering her eyes with your hands and leaning a little closer to her ear and whispered "Dorothea".

Stella frowned for a moment and exclaimed "hmm, (Y/N)!"

It was summer, a day before leaving on holiday and heading off to university.

You knew that all you would have this last holiday to enjoy your final year at high school.

After a couple of months of getting everything back to normal, the most you could help was to bring Chuck and Auggie back; knowing that they were two of the most important people to Stella.

"How, how did you guess?"

"You're the only one who calls me that."

"Right, you still remember." Stella was getting the last things out of her locker, so she only answered you with a nod, as she was still busy sorting her school stuff and some of her notebooks into her pouch. You had noticed that they weren't all going to fit in it, so you took it for granted that a hand wouldn't go amiss, "fine, you need help with that, can I help you with your notebooks?"
