-Ja'Niyah:
"What's going on Kei? Why do I gotta get ready?" I asked as my God sister forced me to get dress. She said something about taking me out to a club for my birthday so I could get my mind off of my dad not being here for my birthday. "Like I said earlier, I'm taking you clubbing." Kei replied with a smile on her face. "But I don't wanna go." I said as I pouted. "Oh well to bad so sad, you're going." Lala came walking into the room. She was already dressed. She wore a blue strapless dress with blue heels to match. She look beautiful with her blue eye shadow and red perky lips. "I don't wanna." I told them, sitting on the bed. "You kinda don't have much of a choice here." Kei replied. I dropped myself on the bed and closed my eyes. I really wasn't in the mood to go out tonight but I know that if I don't go, I'll never hear the end of it from my God sisters. After lying there for 5 minutes, I dragged myself out of bed and finished getting ready.
"Wow.... You look amazing boo." Kei said standing behind me as I stood in front of the bathroom mirror. "Thank you. You don't think this is over doing it?" I asked, touching up my makeup. "Nope. You look great." Lala said as she stood by the door. "Plus I heard Zeek will be there." Kei said with a bright smile. I looked at her and was confused for a minute. Why was she telling me about Justin being there? I mean yes, Justin is cute and he has had a thing for me since Jermaine and I got together but that was it. We barely had a real conversation. "Okay? Why are you telling me about Justin? I mean Zeek." I turn to face her. "Come on Niyah, you know he has a thing for you and he's really cute." Lala said.
"He has a thing for me? Okay? He's not the only one." I told them.
"He's the only one that really liked you for you." Lala replied.
"How would you know?" I asked.
"Because I know and you stuck on Jermaine while he's stuck on you, trying to get your attention" Lala said. It took me by surprise.
"That's kind of none of your business anymore Laylani" I was getting annoyed now.
"I'm just saying, maybe it time for you to stop chasing the one that's been using you for so long and give the one that actually cares about you a chance." Lala replied.
"Kei? Get your sister." I was fed up now.
"That's none of my business but I do agree with Lala.... But again, none of my business." Kei said.
"How can you agree with her?" I snapped.
"Because it's true but whatever." Kei said.
"Well then Ms. Knight." I snapped sucking my teeth and walked out the restroom. I knew Laylani had no idea that Keilani was talking to Zac and Kei wasn't ready to tell her either but since she wanna get into my business and agree with Lala, well then there you go. "That's kinda childish of you. Don't you think Niyah?" Kei shot back at me in an angry voice. "Wait, what is she talking about Keke?" Lala gave Kei a stare. She only calls Kei, Keke when she's hurt and felt like her twin has been keeping something from her. "Nothing!" Kei shouted at her then looked at me. "How dare you? I would never do such a thing to you." Kei yelled at me. She was mad and it was very childish of me but what was done was done. "I'm sorry but why yall always spilling my business but never yalls?" I asked her calmly. "Because you let us in your business and that's all you talk about but me on the other hand.... I don't put my shit out like that. I would have told Lala when I was ready and felt it was going somewhere but it's not yet." Kei said angrily. "So you are keeping something from me?" Lala faced her twin and asked. "I wasn't ready to tell you yet but since big mouth over here wanna spill shit then yes, I'm sorry." Kei turned to her and replied. "What is it?" Lala asked. "I'm kinda talking to Zac.... Alex's brother." Kei told her. "THAT JERK?" Lala yelled, her eyes filled with anger. "Why Keke? Mom and Dad warned us about guys like that and I'm sorry but Zac is that kind of guy we've been warned about. What do you see in him?" Lala replied. "He's not who you think he is... he's really sweet but he's been hurt a lot though." Kei replied with sympathy. "I don't care. You're not talking to him.... He's disrespectful and doesn't deserve you. I'm telling mom and dad....better yet, I'ma tell Juju." Lala said leaving the room. "Thanks a lot big mouth." Kei said following her sister out.
