The Not-so-kind Snow White

Chapter 3: Tea?

Snow's POV:
The night arrived and I was still up reading the 8 full books of dairies of the previous owner of this body.

I learned a lot about her life although I have no memories of her past.

This information is also advantageous to me so I won't spill any beans or make mistakes in the future.

I pity the previous Snow White though... she lost her love ones, one by one and was maltreated.

Good thing her sufferings did not last long because of me.

Then again, it's her fault why she was easily maltreated because of her over kindness.

It's good to be kind but it's a problem to be blinded by your own kindness.

'Nevermind, since I am the new Snow White, I will avenge you.'

In the story, the king didn't die and was cursed by the evil queen.

But, it seems like there are extras that appeared which is not in the original story plot...

'Such as... that Princess Amelia... '

I looked at the window and realized that it's already so late and I haven't had eaten for the whole day.

'Sigh...How could I forget to eat? '

I walked silently to the dark hallway to find the kitchen.

When I arrived at the kitchen, I sensed someone else was inside.

I pulled out the quill from my pocket of my dress.

I was about to attack when the weird balls sticking on the walls lit up.

Turns out, it was the blonde guy, William.

William: "Miss Snow? Why are you still up? "

"What about you, Sir? "

William: "Oh, ah, I can't sleep so I decided to go get some drink. "

"I see.. "

I start searching some food to eat ignoring the blonde guy drinking something that should definitely be edible.

William: "What are you trying to find? "

"Just some food. "

William:"... Oh? Are you still hungry? "

"Nah... just forgot to eat 3 meals today. "

William: '?! '

'Yeah... his face is saying what he's thinking. '

William: ".. Does the Queen feed her people properly?! "

"Don't worry, it's only me though. "

'He must be a guest here since he doesn't look like a worker or a servant at all and by the shock expression on his face just now...he's definitely a guest. '

'Ah, found it! '

William: "An apple? Will that make you full? "

"This is enough for me. "

'Tomorrow, I'll go find some food in the woods to eat.'

"Gotta go now, see ya. "

I quickly run off cuz I don't want to get caught by someone with him saying a maid is seducing some guest in the middle of the night.

At Morning:

A new day greets me in an annoying way...

Great...

William's POV:

I arrived just yesterday to visit my "fiance" and will be staying here for 1 whole week by the order of the King of Asthla.

Both my fiance and I are engaged for almost a year now.

It was not as boring staying here since I found some interesting one by luck.

I am currently in the green house waiting for my fiance and the queen to have some tea.

But then, someone suddenly hugged me from the back.

??? : "Will! I've missed you! "

"Amelia... "

I faked smiled.

Amelia: "Sorry, I kept you waiting... I was choosing the best clothes to wear for today. "

"That's alright, Amelia looks beautiful today. "*smiles*

Amelia: "Ah! Really?! Your so sweet Will! "

When Amelia was about to hug me, a servant came hurriedly.

Servant: "Your highness's, the queen has arrived. "

"Alright."

Amelia then walked towards the queen and guide her to her sit.

"I greet the Queen of Ethliam, Ravenna Zelena White. " I bowed.

Ravenna: "I greet the star of the Asthla, William Frederick Rozoel. " She nods.

Then, the three of us sat down.
After a minute of silence, the queen took a sip of the tea and started to talk.

Ravenna: "How was the tea after a few sip? "

"... It was so-so. "

Ravenna: "Wasn't the tea to your liking? "

"To be honest, I don't like something which I'm forced to taste. "

Ravenna: "I sincerely apologize Prince, if you think the tea doesn't suit to your taste. If you don't mind pointing the flaws, I would gladly fix it. " *smiles*

'This damn old hag... ! '

"There's no need. "

I stand up and excused myself for I can't take it anymore.

'I can't create any weakness by creating some scandal out of anger. '

Amelia: "The two of you... what are you doing?! "

'I was clearly about to go into the woods to collect some food... '

'Why the hell am I in this situation?! '

Queen Ravenna Zelena White:

Characteristics: Fierce, cruel, sly, schemer, smart, cold, strict, evil.

Age: She looks young because of her strong core magic, but she's 70 yrs old.

✣ Amelia is her daughter. (Even though she's 70 yrs old, her body is only 30.)
✤ She is a witch that controls dark magic but knows a lot of the other magics cuz she studies them.

Feature: Brown hair and sharp green eyes.
