Destined Love

Spyro was unsure what his next step would be. What was going to happen? "I'm sorry. I don't know what to do, what to say. All I know is that, this is some spark of destiny.. and we need to go through this together." Spyro blaintly spoke out. "Well, for starters, my name is Cynder. And it is very pleasent to meet you.. hi." Cynder replied. "As well as to you, Cynder. My name, is Spyro." Spyro replied to Cynder. "I'd say we head out and just go find out what is happening. Why don't we head to the Castle of Nymph.. usually all these wonked up things that happen like this, wind up orginating from there." Cynder explained.

"Are you out of your mind?! The Castle of Nymph is the deadliest place out there! It's full of traps, you have to get through all of them before you can even make a wish to the Queen Nyphalia!" Spyro squealed. "A wish, Spyro. But a wish - for anything. Anything you've ever dreamed for. We could wish for an answer. The answer to this. Let's. Try." Cynder exclaimed. "Alright." "Alright."

As Cynder gathered some food, Spyro gathered some water. They took their supplies, and flew off in the direction of The Castle of Nymph. The first obstacle they came across was some weird-ass blades. They projected out of the floor, and into the floor again. They were tall spikes, so when they raised, they raised all the way to the ceiling, so flying was out of the question. "We can dig." Spyro said. "Or just freaking go across at the right time, knuckle-head." Cynder couldn't help but laugh a little. "Spyro, you go first." Spyro nodded, and he just got by. He wiped his forehead with a scaly foot  and waved for Cynder to get over. "You ready?" Spyro asked. "Of course. I was born ready!"

Cynder was just halfway across, but as Spyro was waiting for Cynder, he saw the spikes starting to raise - and Cynder wasn't ready. "CYNDER! THE SPIKES ARE RAISING! HAUL YOUR TAIL AND SPRINT FOR YOUR LIFE!!!" Cynder's face grew pale, and it was now or never. As Cynder was just about there, the spikes flew out of the floor, and a spike drove right through Cynder's tail. Spyro screeched. "NOOOOOOOO!" Spyro gushed out enough tears to make a waterfall, and just layed there with Cynder struggling cover up the wound with some herb bandages they have packed for the trip.

As Spyro helped wrap the herb bandages around Cynder's tail, he stuttered out a few words. "I.. I can't lose you. I can't ever lose you. .. Please... just.. never.. risk anything like that again. I swear, I can't bear to live without you." Cynder embedded a frown on her face. "..No.. Spyro don't cry. I'll be with you forever. 'Till the end." Spyro finally wiped his scaly cheeks. "F-F-Forever?.. If you can be with me forever.. can we be.. like.. together?" Cynder lept up to give him a hug - took a little time though - she still had the problem with her tail. Spyro gave Cynder a nudge of affection. And you know what? Cynder gave him a harder push back. Knocking him over - "accidentally" - of course.
