"Hi tae...." Jungkook said after a few minutes of pause, eyes wide in shock, confusion and.... guilt.

"Wha- " before I could ask him anything a voice interrupted me.

"Hey kook, where were you? Don't just disappear like that!" The man said loudly to speak over the music standing behind Jungkook, sneaking his hand around jungkook's waist.

I poked my tongue into my inner cheek, jaw tightened as I observed their body language.

"Uhh who's this?" The guy asked Jungkook.

"Hi! I'm kim taehyung, jungkook's college friend. Nice to meet you..."

"I'm Jongsuk, Lee Jongsuk" the man said the name feeling oddly familiar to me.

"Sukie, why don't you go and sit, I'll catch up with him yeah?" Jungkook said making the other guy furrow his brows before lean in to jungkook's ear to whisper something which made Jungkook whisper something back with a reassuring smile, before the guy nod and walked away, leaving us alone.

"So? You and him...."

"Yeah, me and him" my chest tightened for some reason but I didn't say anything. I mean what was I expecting? he told me to forget him so obviously he would do it too.

"How have you been hyung...?" Jungkook asked slowly.

"I can't say it's great but yeah things are fine...what about you?" I asked him to which he smiled a gentle smile, which made me feel butterflies in my stomach.

'God he's gotten more beautiful or is it just me?' I thought before clearing my throat, standing straight.

"Hyung... have you...M-moved on yet?"

I don't know why I did it but I felt like I need to do it so-

"Yeah I did" I lied....

Don't blame me I was just upset with him for actually being with someone else which is totally unreasonable but I couldn't help myself.

"Oh..." Jungkook said looking down. I must be imagining things cause for a moment I saw tears in his eyes in the dim light. But why would he be upset he already moved on no?

"Tha-That's great hyung....I'm happy for you!" Jungkook chimed with a wide smile which looked very forced to me.

"Um...It's very crowded here, let's go somewhere quiet." I yelled to speak above the music as a very loud song started playing.

Jungkook nodded and we slipped out of the clubbing area, and ran towards the beach.

"So who's the lucky one..?" Jungkook suddenly asked as we walked near the shore in the beautiful night. The sky was not fully dark, it was lit up by the big full moon in all it's glory. Stars scattered across the the horizon. Faint sounds of music was hear from behind us from the place we escaped from.

"Well why don't you start first..?" I replied as I panicked, and started to think of a fake name.

"Me? Well I only started dating Jongsuk last month after two years of him chasing after me. Mom said he's a good guy, so I thought why not..?" Jungkook said, sadness evident in his which I hate to admit but made me feel a little happy knowing he doesn't love that so-called Boyfriend of his.
