This is probably gonna be horrible but whatever tell me what you think of it I guess.
I rolled onto my side. Startled by my phone blaring music "shit. I forgot. School"
I turned my alarm off and slowly rolled out of bed. It was yet another first day of school. I walked down the stairs. Taking my time and not excited whatsoever.
"Morning honey" my mom said from the kitchen. Way to cheery for 5:30 a.m. I let out a slightly muffled "morning" and started to head out the door "don't forget your bag" she said. Still way too happily "oh yeah. I almost forgot my bags for my trip to hell" I grabbed my bag amd headed out walking down the sidewalk. I took an abrupt left as soon as I passed the corner. Out of sight of my house and headed directly opposite from the school. I set my bag down next to a tree in the woods outside my neighborhood and headed into town.

I made my way into town about an hour later and wet towards the park. My favorite hang out spot. I saw Serena, my beautiful girlfriend" sitting on a bench off to the side and sat down next to her "skipping too I see"
"Noooooo I'm conviently 'sick'. You too ya goof?" The sarcasm was obvious in her voice when she said sick
"Yep me too. I'm veeeeeeery sick. Temperature of 150."
"Okay whatever you say" she kissed my cheek lightly. I loved when she did that
"So you too sick to get some lunch?" I asked
"Nope" she jumped up and grabbed my hand. We walked over to subway and split a foot long sub. We spent the rest of the day going around to shops and messing around in the park

It was 9:30 p.m. when I checked my phone "shit. Its late. I should get home. Love you" I kised her goodbye and walked home
~time lapse~
I was almost home. Walking straight past the tree where I left my bag. Forgetting it. I walked into the house and was greeted by my mom "and where have you been mister?" Sorry I went into town with my girlfriend after school and lost track of time. "Sure and is that why you don't have your bag?"
"Shit. Must've left it in town"
"Yeah sure. Your dad is gonna have your ass when he finds out you skipped again"
"What do you mean. As if your perfect Angel of a son would eevvverrr skip a single day of school"
"Okay. Whatever you say. You've got to stop skipping though. The school almost held you back last year for it"
"Yes mother" I rolled my eyes and slammed my bedroom door. Locking it and trying to drown out all the thoughts I was having with aski f Alexandria on full blast. I hated it when my mom acted like she was nice.
Okay so yeah boring. But I'm trying. Its gonna pick up. I promise.
