the war

It's been a months since Jimin and I started dating. Things have been going well between us. I have been hanging out with him and his friends. Our parents know about us, everything is perfect.... finally. But not all good things last forever. We were going on a school camping trip near the military's headquarters. By we I mean, Jimin, me, Tae, JK, the rest of the school and Hobi, Jin, Suga and Namjoon as our supervisors. We packed our things and jimin and the maknae line came to pick me up. We boarded the school bus and set off for our trip. It was a one hour drive of me and jimin being lovey-dovey in the bus. We were seating on the two-seat side of the bus. Eventually, jimin and I drifted off to sleep on each other's shoulder. A bump woke us up and soon the bus came to a stop. Everyone left the bus as we stood infront of our campsite. It was bair ground surrounded with tall green trees. We had left at little late so it was getting dark. "Okay everyone, I think it's best if we just pair up and set our tents before dark !!" Namjoon announced gaining immediate action from everyone. People were pairing up and that's when I felt a slight tug on my hand. I looked back and saw jimin smiling at me. " What are you smiling about?😚" I asked with a bright smile plastered on my face. " You're with me" he said. I nodded immediately and we went to set our tent. Next to us came Tae who had paired up with JK. In the opposite direction Jin had paired up with Namjoon and Hobi was with Suga. We set up a very big bonfire after we finished with the tents. Everyone surrounded it as we all started to eat smores. We talked, sang and enjoyed ourselves before people started to leave one by one to their tents. Lastly it was the boys and me, or so they thought cause I was already asleep with my head on Jimin's lap. After some minutes I felt warmth creeping over me. I fluttered my eyes open and that's when I saw jimin trying to put me to bed. "Hey, you're awake. Sorry" he said softly while smiling at me. I just chuckled at his cuteness and leaned in for a kiss. We had a long make out session and soon we cuddle to sleep together.

Explosions. Loud bangs. Gun fire. That woke me up. I looked around in confusion as I saw jimin wasn't there anymore. I left the tent only to set my gaze on disaster. People killing each other, students crying, tents burnt up. Army officers with guns.

It was a war. But........where is my Jimin🥺.
