[ayyyy, just a quick note
(Y/H/C) = Your Hair Color
(Y/E/C) = Your Eye Color
Enjoy ^.^]You and Castiel have been friends since the seventh grade. You two told each other everything. Especially crushes. But, over the summer, going into 11th grade, he had fell hard for a girl, but wouldn't tell you.
"Castiel Novak, why the hell aren't you telling me?" You demanded, hand on your hip. He shrugged and handed you a bowl of ice cream.
"I need a real reason," you said taking the bowl, "not a shrug or a terrible excuse. I need answers." You sat on the counter, watching him smirk to himself.
"It's no big deal, (Y/N). I promise, you'll know when I ask this girl out."
"I wanna be the person who knows before, Cas," you pouted.
"You will. don't worry about it." He ate his ice cream.
"Then describe her to me, at least."
He paused, "Fair enough. She goes to our school and she's in our grade. She's gorgeous. And her personality just makes her that much more gorgeous."
"Give me more look hints," you said, stirring your melting ice cream.
"Uhm. She's got (Y/H/C). The most amazing (Y/E/C) eyes. She's a lot shorter than me."
You looked at him, really confused, "Cas, are you implying that I'm your crush?" He kinda shrugged, putting his bowl in the sink beside you.
You bit your lip and set the ice cream aside, "Yanno, I'm not that much shorter than you." You said, "And you really should've said something sooner."
"(Y/N), there's a reason I didn't. You've got guys lined up for you and I don't stand a chance. Especially with Winchester always flirting with you."
"Dean Winchester? Seriously? I wouldn't dare take a chance with him. Too risky with half the school having the hots for him," you looped your fingers in the loops of his khakis and pulled him between your legs.
Cas bit his lip, "You sure? I'm not rea-"
You pushed your lips to his chapped lips, one hand on his shoulder. Cas slowly wrapped his arms around your waist, relaxing into your touch. And at that moment, everything was perfect. Castiel had no more pent up feelings, you didn't feel like he was hiding stuff from you, and you were kissing. What isn't great about that?
When you pulled away, finally, Cas cleared his throat, "Would you like to go out to dinner with me tomorrow evening, (Y/N)?"
You chuckled and nodded. "I'd love to, Cas."(A/N)
