I was watching the rain drops gently fall on the window in my room. I was holding a hot mug filled with hot coffee while I was covered with a blanket, My kids were already asleep. It was very calming without anyone interrupting. it was so peaceful, it was very silent except the sound of the raindrops gently tapping the window, and the calm music I play for my kids in the background, and also the sound of thunder that was heard every few minutes.

An hour later I decided it was time to go to bed so I put the mug down and layed down and fell asleep.

This was my favorite night..

my wife was arguing with me again over some stupid reason she was upset about. Charlie and sammy were in Charlie's room playing and not paying attention to the argument that was happening in the living room. I tried to tell my wife to quiet down and that she's gonna wake up the neighbors but she just slapped me and continued yelling at me.

Once our argument ended she went to her room and I went to mine. I thought to myself that I'll apologize in the morning..
